Aug. 30 2016 Real Truth Chatter Awaken:
1. The Cabal has entered into their second day of what seems to be a SERIOUS discussion over their final surrender position. IF they agree to the terms today/tonight, they will be granted amnesty or a limited form of amnesty, depending on their crimes.
2. If there is no surrender, if they reject the amnesty offered, then all bad acts, crimes and disloyalties will be fully disclosed. The names of all involved and to what degree they were involved will be made public.
3. If they do not accept amnesty, RV will happen tonight, and Mass arrest will start on Thursday Sept 1st.
4. Brazilian President is double agent and tried to stop the Olympics for the Cabal. She has been impeached behind the scenes.
5. The Federation will be taking over if all else fails on Sept.1. Everything has to be done before G-20 on Sept. 4.
6. Obama will be flying out of the country for 2 weeks to ‘appear’ to sign the Paris agreement (for public view i.e – NESARA/GESARA). Behind the scenes the Paris agreement is already complete.
7. The Pope’s signing of the release of the Golden Jubilee came to an end on July 31, 2016, which marked the end of amnesty agreement for complete surrender of the Cabal. 8. Wells Fargo Bank Attorneys have had 800#’s for quite some time and are sitting on them.
9. Attorneys, Paymasters, Controllers of Exchange Centers and Abbott Downing, have all been sequestered and on lock-down since 11 am on Sunday.
10. Lock down ends on Wednesday August 31st at noon. RV will start at that time.

1. There is an expectation and probability of a Sept 1 start time for the RV.
2. The top end negotiable rates are: $571 Zim, $160 Dinar, $113 Dong, $71 Rupiah, $10 Afghani. The international rate of the Dinar is around $8.00. The Iranian Rial is not in this first basket. It is a good buy right now.
3. With the GCR the Cabal has been detached from their Central Banks and the banking system in general. Therefore fear of hyperinflation, deflation or a recession are no longer issues.
4. All the major countries of the world are laying down their arms in order to participate in the new global financial system.
5. The Paris Agreement is implimented (including the GCR) as of Sept. 1.
6. Obama will sign Sept. 2 even though he has already agreed.
7. The G-20 meeting is Sept. 4. Sept. is the month of reconcilliation of all countries’ treaties. Oct. 1 will see more changes.
8. The new US Republic is in full charge of America now The election will likely be delayed to Jan. 3. We must have a new US president by Jan. 5.
9. One or both candidates will likely resign. Ryan will run the country until the Jan. 20 inauguration.
10. We don’t know what the amnesty agreement was with the Cabal but with all the revelations of the Clinton Foundation, Hillary Clinton won’t make it to the elections.
11. Trump is playing the part of spoiler. He has agreed to be in the election to expose corruption, owns a great amount of currency and is expected to resign before the election.
12. The global monetary system is now solid. Over 200 countries have joined BRICKS. With the Global Currency Reset there is a forgiveness of debt with no fear of deflation, inflation or other monetary problems.
13. There were some very high level exchanges today.
14. The new US notes will be released Sept. 1.

1. Great progress was made yesterday in China and Europe. The Royals have made their decisions. The powers have laid down the law that provides for release of the funds for Humanity.
2. We can expect the RV pretty quick now. I expect to have usable funds in hand on Monday.
3. The next day on Sept. 1 2016 ZAP reported, “Our timeline for the distribution of our funds is still in alignment with the schedule set. Tonight they will begin the formal releases. Within the next week (by Tues. or Wed.) the wait will be over and the work begins.”

Iran and Pakistan have agreed to open banks accounts in their respective central banks for trade transactions in local currencies (effectively ditching the US Dollar).

The United States will lose its crown of unconventional monetary policy. Germany will Brexit the EU and join the BRICKS Silk Road. Look for Turkey to leave the United Nations (NATO?) and also for China to expand into the Middle East, with seven countries to join BRICKS including Iran, Turkey and Iraq.Sept. 23 to Oct. 1 are dates to watch.

1. In Iraq sources as saying ISIS leadership have been killed and the Kurds are celebrating; All Iraqi laws needed to be passed for the RV are done, done, done; The new Iraqi cards are mostly finished at the new rates; Iraqi people are reported to be at ease.
2. On Monday Banks received instructions to update their systems for a Wed or Thurs start of the RV. One bank out West showed their system would be updated with the new rates by Wed Aug. 31. Another bank promised to give credit for an exchange they did on Wed Aug. 31.
3. Some exchange activity has been reported.
Sept. 1 2016 Bruce’s The Big Call: The Big Call
1. This week a number of people have said that this is our week. Maybe we are in the moment literally.
2. In Iraq this week they passed both the Amnesty and Judicial Laws, plus printed them in their Gazette, making them official. After that a number of people were arrested. Iraq also came out with their lower denomination Dinar notes. The lower denominations of the Dinar were released in the last few days. Celebrations are going on all over Iraq.
3. Today in Iraq the rate on their smart cards was over 5 dollars and is now over 6 dollars. 4. There has been a significant increase for the dinar and the dong the last day or two.
5. Aug. 31 was a deadline for the Cabal to capitulate. Some did. Some didn’t.
6. In the last 48 hours almost 1,000 arrests were made around the world of those in the Cabal who didn’t capitulate.
7. Redemption centers are on high alert. We may get an announcement out of Bejing at any time about the Paris Agreement. If you get an announcement about that you will know the GCR has happened. That should happen before their G-20 meeting on Sept. 4.
8. There will be 4 different baskets of currencies. There are 5 currencies in this first basket. The other baskets will revalue soon. When they do currencies around the world will be equitable.
9. The adjustment of the US dollar has been made. It will strengthen the US economy.
10. We may get an announcement out of Beijing by Saturday Sept. 4 with a symbolic signing of the Paris Agreement that contains the Global Currency Reset. If you see anything of the climate treaty news between the President of China and Obama, that is the official start of everything. It should occur before the G20 meeting starts in China on Sept. 4th.

Sept. 2 2016 Real Truth Chatter Fisher: Wells Fargo is telling us that they have the RV in process, as of about 8pm EST on Sept. 1 2016.
Public exchanges expected to begin some time during Sept. 2016: It is expected that public currency and bond exchanges will be open some time in Sept. 2016. This is where all straggler currency holders, as well everyday USD currency holders, exchange USD and loose first basket notes (including singleton historical bond SKRs), and convert into digital TRNs and physical USNs. All will get whatever their contracted rates call for, and/or convert at the screen market rate depending on what country they reside, and which currencies / bonds they’re attempting to convert or leverage (international rates may also apply).
Implementation of the Gold Standard Treaty expected after Oct. 1 2016: This is an ongoing process whereby final implementation and collection begins for all international gold value as it relates to taxable income via the 2015 Paris Agreement on Climate Change Treaty. This period also begins in the fiscal 4th quarter for global accounting. Expect to finally hear that global gold standard announcement out to a worldwide audience. Ironically, this will be long after all the dirty work of getting those fiat currencies, bonds, and other historically defaulted assets taken off the streets.
