I am Sarah and I have come today to tell you that I am very happy over the fact that big changes are taking place on our Earth. I also know that many people think nature and I know that many people are helping out and try to make it so that the animals will have it a little better. The animals are suffering greatly on Earth today and it pains my heart. I am so happy for all the efforts that many people now make in order to improve the conditions for the animals and the conditions for children.
Also, the children are having a difficult time in many parts of the world today. I am grateful that there now exist organizations that try help and to improve conditions for these children across the world.
However, it is also important my dear ones that you take good care of yourselves, because by taking care of yourselves and give yourself much love it is also easier to give love to others and help others. And if you are to start somewhere you must start with yourself. And when you have filled up yourself you can go out and help to fill up in other places where it is needed. It can also be your near and dear that one can help.
There are many who need help and many that just need that somebody speaks to them, who is there and listens. There is so much one can do that does not take any time or space at all, and which you can simply do around you. Everything that you do is counted positively and lovingly. It becomes a positive and loving feelings because everything you give out are positive and loving feelings. Everything you give out also comes back to you.
However, all of this you know already. I am just grateful that you are here today, that you meet-up and that you speak with each other and that you understand that you help each other. You know that you are embarking on a light and beautiful path. There is a beautiful and light path right next to you. It is just a matter of lifting your eyes and to see this and understand that we now actually are there – and try to be in the now in stillness with yourself, that you are here and now, then you are actually already are here. The now is all the time.
