After a few deep breaths in meditation I find myself at the beautiful lagoon with its green water. The sand is cool on the beach and the willow’s branches almost reach down to the ground. It is early and the sun has just risen above the horizon and the air is warm. It is so incredibly beautiful with a light flowing over the water and the rocks in the background....
