I am your Saint Germain. And I applaud you, each and every one of you, for speaking about transformation.
For this entire experience that you are going through is all about that, all about transformation. Transforming your very lives. Transforming the illusion that, as I said, is no longer there.
Transforming it into the new vision, the new vision of the New Age of Gaia, the New Golden Age. You are all creating that now. And the more that you do experiences such as we just did, and hold that experience, hold that expression, that feeling, that life force within you, the I Am Presence that is within each and every one of you, and all life here, all consciousness here on the planet. The more that you hold that, and remember that, and be that, you are moving step by step toward this New Earth, toward creating this New Earth, creating this higher vibration and frequency. It is the new fifth-dimensional Earth.
Is it easy? No. It was not meant to be easy. It was just meant to be simple. But does it have to be hard? No. It does not. It does not have to be a difficult journey. It is only the programming within you that is making it difficult. Let go of the programming, let go of the attachments, and the journey becomes much, much easier. Much more fluid. Much more flowing. It is up to you, each and every one of you as individuals, and also as the collective you.
You are seeing the transformation happen within your Freedom Convoys that are developing everywhere, are in motion everywhere. Because it is this motion that is catapulting the freedom, the freedom train, if you will, to spread across the country. Freedom of the Republic. A Republic that is by the people, and for the people–not against the people.
Together you are all forging this New Republic. Bringing it together. Bringing those that are in the leading forefront that can step out and say. “no more; can step out and say, “follow me.” Just as many of you are stepping out of your comfort zones and beginning to say “follow me” to those around you.
Do they follow? Maybe not. But you are opening the door for many of them to do so. Many of them to open up from their sleeping, their sleepfullness, into the awakening. Many across the planet, more and more and more, are awakening. Even though you may not fully see it, for those of the powers of darkness are still yet strong to hold that illusion in front of all of those that are still sleeping, attempting to keep them in that sleep state. But the forces of Light are forging ahead and bringing the wakefulness, The Great Awakening, the Grand Awakening to all of those who have been becoming ready for it.
It is only a matter of time and, more than that, a matter of vibration. And as you know, vibration is increasing everywhere. We see it in the light quotient that is spreading across the planet as more and more people are saying, “I love you.” More and more people are saying, “I forgive you.”
It is unstoppable now. The Light has already won. It is only the darkness that is receding now in every pocket across the planet. They are still attempting to hold on. They are finding it more and more difficult to do so. As the vibrations increase, lower vibrational energy cannot exist in the higher vibrational frequency. They are finding this more and more difficult, which is why they are reaching out, yelling out in many respects, doing many things that at one time were hidden, but now has come out of the shadows and are now being revealed that the darkness that they are.
Be patient, my brothers and sisters. A little while longer yet. But continue to notice how this transformation is happening, and will continue to happen, bringing about this great transition that is now preceding the Great Ascension of Man.
All of my love and peace be with each and every one of you. May you continue on, holding onto these higher vibrations, wearing your fifth-dimensional glasses and utilizing them, knowing that they are giving you light where before there was none.

Om, mani, padme, hum; om, mani, padme, hum; hum, hum. Greetings to you!
One Who Serves here. Shoshanna is here. And we are ready to continue with this program we have been working with you on for quite some time, not only this lifetime, but many lifetimes. We and others that work alongside of us, or even that came before us in some ways, are working with you, with you as a collective, to help to bring about this great transformation.
And please understand that your topic that you used for discussion today was not by happenstance. It was ordained, or preordained, that you would have this topic to begin to focus on more and more. Because this entire lifetime that you are in is all about that, all about transformation. Transforming the old paradigm into the new paradigm. Transforming the darkness into light. Everything is about this transformation that is happening, which is leading to the Great Transition, as St. Germain has given, which is indeed preceding the Great Ascension process, or even the full Ascension, as we can say it now.
We are ready for your questions if you have them. First we have a question that has come from the e-mail, and we are going to address that first here if we can.
That is, with all of these things that are happening here on the surface of the planet, and all of these things that are creating this transformation, the one wonders what is happening above the planet in terms of the forces of darkness versus the forces of Light that are occurring above you.
And we can address that here. Because there is much that is occurring above you, in terms of battles and all of these things that are happening of the forces of darkness against the forces of Light that are happening outside of your sight, outside of your telescopes, even. All of these things that are happening in a higher-vibrational frequency in terms of higher dimension, fourth-dimensional expressions in many respects, above the Earth. Again, battles that are sometimes witnessed; not the battle itself, but the after-effects of this battle in terms of portions that sometimes fall to the Earth, as fiery blazes that are falling to the Earth in various ways. Some of these things are happening. But much of it is being cloaked here, as we can say here, kept from the ordinary vision of man. Not for those, though, that have the eyes to see and the ears to hear, and the expectation, or the willingness to do the research to find out more. And much, much more is occurring here. That is all we will say on this now. Shoshanna, do you have anything you wish to add?
SHOSHANNA: (JoAnna’s Higher Self, channeled by JoAnna McConnell)
We do not.
OWS: Very good. Then we move on with your questions. The one has a question here, yes?
Guest: Yes I do. I am being prompted to try or learn about sun-gazing. I have been told that it’s something that can do a lot of healing and to assist in the ascension. But also, ever since I’ve been born, I’ve been told that looking at the sun will make me blind. And so I’m fighting between what I’ve known in the past and also what I have been reading and listening to on different videos and audios.
OWS: We will answer this question by taking you back in terms of ancient times where this has been a practice for a very long time. This is nothing new that you are speaking of here. For many have risen with the sun, and have been those star-gazers, or sun-gazers, rather. They have worshiped the sun as it rose in the horizon. So it is not something that is new. It is something that is very old, very ancient, and very wise to do.
But it is also important to know that there are times to do it, and times not to do it. You would not do it in the middle of the desert in Phoenix in the middle of the summer in the middle of the day. You would not do it then, it is too strong, too bright. But you can in the morning as the sun rises, or as the sun is setting.
And it is, again, ancient and wise technique to do. And this increases your third-eye experiences, opens your third eye to be able to see beyond the horizon, to be able to see beyond the veil, the illusion, all of this. It increases this tremendously.
And when you do it, you feel it. You feel the energy of the sun. You feel it moving into your eyes, your physical eyes, and into your third eye. You feel the expression as it opens up. If you are open to it.
For someone who just simply looks at the sun as it rises and has no understanding of what we are speaking of, it will have an effect, but not as much as if you had the expectation and the understanding that you are finding as you are researching this. Shoshanna, do you have anything to add here?
Shoshanna: We will add one concept to this, if we may, Dear Brother.
Guest: Go ahead.
Shoshanna: As in all programs that run in this third-dimensional realm, the program is designed to prevent you from expanding your consciousness. These insidious program that have been taught, for we find thousands of years now, are to prevent you from expansion. So, when your heart and your mind connects, and you wish to pursue something that is outside the program, we say bravo. We say move forward in that consciousness.
And, as One Who Serves has given, this is an ancient practice, you see. So continue to pursue the research, and try it. Try it in small amounts, and see what this does for you. But you see, anything that prevents you from moving forward into the wisdom of ancient practices is a third-dimensional program designed to do that. Namaste.
OWS: And as we have said many times that those of the forces of darkness have known about ascension for a very long time, have done everything they can to keep you from it, to keep you from awakening to who you are. And one of the ways they have done this is, as Shoshanna is saying, is this programming that the sun is bad for you, do not go out into the sun unless you have your suntan lotion on, or whatever it might be, to keep the harmful sun’s rays away. But it is exactly the opposite of that. Now that is not again to say to sit out in the sun in the middle of the desert in Phoenix in the middle of the summer and not think that you will not get sunburned–you will. But know that the sun in portions, small portions, is incredibly valuable to your continuing Ascension Process here. Okay?
Guest: Okay. I just want to know how to go beyond the vast fear I have of going blind.
OWS: This is now you do it: small portions, attempt to work with this, feel the energy as it moves into your physical eyes. You feel it bathing you. Let the sun bathe you, the sun’s energies. Feel it that way. And you will not go blind. But do not stare at it for the five to ten minutes, you see? You will not be able to even do that. But portions. Baby steps, yes.
Guest: Okay.
OWS: Very good. Would there be other questions here now?
Guest: Yes. May I add to the concern about the sun-gazing? The sun is nourishment.
OWS: Yes.
Guest: Yeah. It is nourishment. I’ve been doing sun-gazing practice, and it makes such difference. And it makes such a difference in contrast when I choose not to do it.
And so may I take this opportunity to ask my question?
OWS: Yes.
Guest: All right. This pertains to the soul. I have it written down here. Is the soul ever hurt or broken or damaged? Is the soul ever influenced by its eternal journey?
OWS: The soul itself is a record of mind written in spirit. It is your akashic record, if you will. It is the full understanding, and knowing, and remembering of all, of everything that you have been on your entire journey. Can it be destroyed? Not by anyone else, only by you. In terms of, if you do something that is of incredible karmic debt, and you are not ready to overcome that karma or work through it, we will say here, then you have heard that the light will consume that soul. And it is never, though, fully destroyed. It can be in some ways brought back to the beginning and start all over again. That is what we can say. Shoshanna?
Shoshanna: We will add. We will add to this, Dear Sister. May we add to this?
Guest: Absolutely.
Shoshanna: Dear Sister, if you possess a book, does the book itself have pain?
Guest: No not unless some believe so.
Shoshanna: The book itself is neutral. It is a neutral substance. It is the human that creates the pain, or the feelings, or the experience by reading the book, you see. The soul is a book. It is completely neutral. It is your journey, you see. It is neutral, and it is unconditionally neutral. And it is the part of you that is the Godhead, you see. It is the source of self.
As One Who Serves has given, it cannot be hurt. It does not have those third-dimensional characteristics that all third-dimensional beings try to give everything the characteristics that they have in this realm. It does not have that. It is a book. It is, as One Who Serves has given, it is your journey written.
So now, you must understand that this thing you call ‘the soul’ has no conscious plans, has no investments. It is simply the written journey that you have taken. Namaste.
OWS: Very good.
Guest: May I ask one more quick question that I have been pondering, please?
OWS: Yes.
Guest: What is the difference between the Guardians and the Watchers?
OWS: In your question itself, it would look like it could give you the answer there. For what does a Watcher do? Watches. What does a Guardian do? Guard. What more would you need to know than that? Perhaps Shoshanna can give more.
Shoshanna: Well, you have asked a question of this one, let her answer it.
OWS: Very good.
Guest: Um, well, what you shared does make sense. It’s just that I’m a person who enjoys details.
OWS: Yes?
Guest: And so a little bit more details as far as the rolls of each. I have a better understanding of the Watchers. But I have been hearing references about the Guardians. I think I’ve seen a little bit about that in the Keys of Enoch material, and also The Dead Sea Scrolls.
OWS: The Guardians are the overseers, we will say here. They are the ones that have guarded over many, many, many timelines and have watched over not only the Earth, of course, but many, many systems, planets, many experiences, even other universes. These Guardians have been involved in watching over, or overseeing the entire universal process here, we will say. And of course, they are overseeing this ascension process as well that is occurring here, not only within your planet, Earth, but also the solar system, and the galaxy itself. So they are there to do that.
The Watchers are here to observe. To observe and, not so much contribute except when it can be called for, where they can participate. But for the most part, that is what they do, they watch, and they wait until an opportunity comes for them to become involved. Okay? Does this help you?
Guest: Yes, thank you.
OWS: And Shoshanna, do you have anything to add to that?
Shoshanna: We will add here. May we add, Dear Sister?
Guest: Yes. I am a load of curiosity, My Dear.
Shoshanna: This is a complicated subject, you see. And One Who Serves has given a wonderful answer to you. And we believe that you are asking this because you wish to know yourself better. Is this not correct?
Guest: Yeah. I hadn’t gotten tot that point yet, but that makes sense. I’m always curious about how things show up in my awareness and how that affects me on many levels.
Shoshanna: So we will say that in this human evolution…there are three evolutions that are going on. The first evolution is the Guardian evolution. They comes from a section of evolution that required them to follow their path, follow their mission of guardianship and protection and overseeing. That is their evolution. That is their soul’s mission, you see. So they are following that purely. It is purely following that.
And then the Watchers come from a different evolution that allows them to become the observer and to glean the details of all that they observe, you see. And that enriches their soul and moves them forward in their soul’s mission. There are two missions we are speaking of.
And then there is this third evolution called ‘human being’ that can do all of it, you see. The human has been given all choices to enrich their soul. They have moved past one evolution or another evolution that is singular in a singular mission. That is why it is so confusing to be a human, because there are many choices, you see.
So follow your intuition here, and continue as a Watcher to be the observer, to be the gleaner of details, as that enriches your soul, and then you can choose other things, because you are a human and can do all of it. Namaste.
OWS: Wonderful.
Guest: And I have a phrase: “It’s just weird being human.” (Laughs)
Shoshanna: Dear Sister, that is true for all humans.
Guest: Yes. (Laughs)
Shoshanna: It is a difficult journey. This planet is a difficult journey, and it is a fun thing, you see. The perspective is difficult or fun. You can choose either one, you see, because the perspective that you choose creates the life that you live, you see. So the perspective of humor, as you have given in the past, the perspective of fun, the perspective of joy, the perspective of being in the moment, the perspective of wonderment, the perspective of child trust and faith, all of these things are available to the human as a choice, you see.
And then many humans, oh my goodness, many humans choose the negative side, the blaming side, the fearful side, etc.
In each moment that each of you live and breathe, you have the choose to choose what side you wish to be on. So choose the one that makes you feel good. Does this make sense, Dear Sister?
Guest: Indeed, and absolutely, and wiggle-wiggle as much as we can. Thank you. (Laughs)
Shoshanna: (Laughs) Namaste.
OWS: Very good. Are there any other further questions, here?
Guest: I have a question.
OWS: Yes?
Guest: I do want to make a little statement about the sun: I love the sun, and every morning my sun comes through my window because it faces the East. I sit on my cough where the sun comes in, and I feel that warmth. I look at the sun, it isn’t that blinding. But I gotta tell you, it is giving my eyesight back, little by little. I glance into the sun (it’s not that bright, and I can stand that) every morning. I say Hi to Helios and Vesta (Helios is the name of the sun).
I wanted to ask you a question too, and that the sun has turned white now. It isn’t yellow the way I see it. Is there a reason, or is that true?
OWS: It is part of the transformation or transition that is happening here. A cosmic transmission, we will say, which is affecting those here on the plant here as well. It is all purposeful. It is all part of the greater plan here.
Guest: Yes, I see sparklings (I don’t know how to explain it) coming down from the sun when I was en route in a car and I saw one land on top of the car in front. It was a white streak.
OWS: Yes.
Guest: The person I was with saw it. She is not awake. But she wondered what was going on.
OWS: Yes.
Guest: I told her I thought it was probably part of the great light that’s coming. Then I explained to her about that since she asked me.
OWS: Correct. They give you all a tool here that may assist you. In utilizing those 5-D glasses which we have been encouraging you to do. When you do gaze at the sun in the early part of the morning, put on the 5-D glasses. Take them off, put them on, take them off, put them on, and see, feel rather, not so much see, but feel, the difference there. And then report back to us next Sunday if you will. We would like to hear if you had any special experience from this. Okay? Shoshanna, do you have anything to add here?

Shoshanna: To all that think about this, think about this: the Earth does not exist without the sun, you see.
Guest: Right.
Shoshanna: Think about that. The sun is the Great Creator of the Earth. Namaste.

Guest: Yes, I have a question. Wow, a really great call today, I have to say.
It’s kind of a quick question, I think. There is a woman, Romana Didulo in Canada who has maintained that she was given by the Alliance the position of Queen, or Her Majesty the Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, and I wanted to know if you had any information on that confirmation. I kind of feel like we are coming up slowly, as she has been given the ability to make laws and get rid of the mandates, and all that, and she is saying that the mandates are over, you’re free, blah, blah. But most people aren’t hearing her, you know? I wanted to know what you could say about that.
OWS: This one you are speaking of has a great mission that she is just now beginning to come into here, just now beginning to form. And it is in the beginning process here. It has so far only been for those that were ready to hear this, that were open to this as a new light, we will say, coming into the planet. First here in this area of Canada, but it will spread from there as well. Not so much this one spread, but the light that she is bringing in. Just as the one, Trump, is also bringing in the light. And it is going to spread in many different directions from this. So this one that you are speaking of, again, is in the beginning part of this, but it will expand greatly as more and more are becoming aware of her and her mission that she is coming forth on. Okay?
Guest: Great. Yes. Awesome.
OWS: Shoshanna, do you have anything to add?
Shoshanna: We do not.
OWS: Very good.
Guest: Can I ask a quick question?
OWS: Yes.
Guest: Since you just talked about the Romana, can you speak to the part of General Michael Flynn? Many Light Workers and Sacreds are saying he is working for the Alliance, and some are saying he has been captured. Are you willing to expound a little bit on General Michael Flynn?
OWS: We can tell you that this one, as well as many others, are in a position where they have to sometimes play both sides. They have to influence one side, and then influence the other as well. And it is difficult to see if you are looking within the illusion itself. But if you are seeing outside of the illusion, then it is not so difficult to understand what his, or others,’ missions are and how they are playing into the entire plan here. Look at the bigger picture, we will say. Okay? Shoshanna, do you have anything to add?
Shoshanna: We will share.
OWS: Yes?
Shoshanna: We will share here, Dear sister. May we share?
Guest: Yes, please.
Shoshanna: Dear Sister, when a human takes on a position of transformation for all that wish to follow, there is the ego that interrupts the transformation or attempts to interrupt it. We find that this one that you are speaking of is working now on overcoming this ego that he has. And he will work through this and be able to continue his Light mission. But first he must overcome some of the human characteristics that are challenging him at this point in his mission. That is all we can share on this. Namaste.

OWS: Very good. We take one more question if there is, and then we need to release channel.
Guest: Yes, I have a question. I would like to know more about the soul. This is kind of a two-part question. We’ll start with Part 1.
It seems that the soul must have many aspects to it, because how then would it learn if that were not the case. So I’m wondering at what level the soul comes into being? Is it at the monad level? Is it at an aspect level? Can it be one or the other? In other words, to make it more concrete, does the monad have a soul, and then all aspects that he has have that same soul? Or does, for instance, Sananda have a different soul and can his aspect have his same soul? How does that work?
OWS: We will answer this part of Sananda and Yeshua, as they are the same soul here, the same journey, the same record, but they have split, in a sense here, into separate, we will say separate consciousnesses here. But they also are one in the same as well. It is a very difficult concept to understand at the third-dimensional level, but those of you that ask these types of questions are coming closer and closer to being able to understand these more esoteric aspects of things and how they work.
So it is not so important to understand what the soul is, other than it is. Again, it is a record. It is neutral. It is nothing that feels anything. It just is part of the being itself, but the record of that being. Okay?
Shoshanna: We cannot add an answer to this. But we are curious, Dear Sister. May we ask you a question?
Guest: Yes, please.
Shoshanna: Dear Sister, how does this information assist you in your mission?
Guest: Okay, so I am also trying to fish out when does the twin soul, my twin, come into being, because I have experiences of my twin as being different aspects. But on the call once you said that there is only one twin. So I’m trying to understand how to understand this, because I do have experiences of my twin having different consciousnesses, if you will. And it seems like it’s my twin. So I’m always in the ‘question mark’ to try to validate, I guess, my experiences.
Shoshanna: And how does this assist you? Getting this answer, how does this move your consciousness forward to your own mission?
Guest: I don’t like to question whether what I’m understanding is correct or not correct. I want to know that I’m understanding. I guess that’s part of my 3-D experiences of life: there was always a question mark, and my reality was not necessarily validated. So I guess there is a need, a desire, a wish for this understanding, my understanding to be validated to I can trust. So I can trust what I’m getting, and understand that it’s valid and true.
Shoshanna: Dear Sister, we will add to this, if we may. May we add to this?
Guest: Yes, please.
Shoshanna: Where all the truth is a complex matter, and the truth is a simple matter, you see. The truth exists in the moment, and then it exists in the next moment, and the next moment. And as the being grows in consciousness and understanding, the truth reveals itself to be different. It is all levels. It is all comprehension of what the truth is for that being, for that human, you see. So we cannot tell you what is true for you.
You can only know what is true for you, and you can only validate yourself. There is no other that can validate you, as that is a false validation. If one says, “Oh, we validate you,” that is their ego validating you, you see. It is an illusion.
You are validated from the moment you were born! You are validated form the moment your soul is formed. You are valid! All are valid. The perspective of truth is that all perspectives are valid, all truths are valid. And it is up to each being to find that truth that is true for them. I know this is a difficult subject, but that is the answer that we can give. Namaste.

Guest: May I ask a question?
OWS: We take one more question, and then we really do need to release channel.
Guest: Thank you. I would like to get back to the subject of the sun. Because certainly it is very “validating” that some of us, or a lot of us, I hope all of us, are becoming more and more aware of the big changes of the energy coming from the sun. Not only is the sky different, but the effect that the sun has in my human body, and I am going to talk about my own perspective.
I have the perception that sun intake has had very important necessity that I have to feel every day. In the beginning I thought it had everything to do with the climate being so cold. But it is a lot more than that. Because I have the feeling that every time that I go into the sun and I check the energy of the sun, my chakra system is accumulating more and more and more energy, to the point that I feel right now that I really need to sun bathe my upper, upper chakra. And I have also noticed that as I practiced this, I have eaten less and less. I have always been a very avid eater. But some days, more and more, I eat less and less. Is that a true relationship? And can you please explain a little more? Thank you.
OWS: So your question is, as you utilize the sun-gazing experience, is it changing you within your chakra centers, within your habits as far as your eating habits, is this the question?
Guest: It is a question I would like to understand. Is it a plain perception, or is it a lot more than that?
OWS: It is all part of the ascension process, Dear Sister. It is all part of what you are all working to do here. So as you are experiencing the sun’s energy, and you are doing that, whether you are conscious of it or not. But if you are conscious of it, and feeling the energy, and that is the most important thing, the feeling of the energy, it is indeed changing your very molecular structure within you. It is operating, or working on your cellular structure, changing that.
You’ve heard about the changing from the carbon-based to the crystalline-based? This is what is occurring here. Light is coming in. Light from the sun. Light from beyond the sun, from the Galactic Central Sun, and even from the Universal Sun, as these waves of energy have been coming in and changing the very light structure, the light arrays that are coming from this solar system sun. So yes, it is all having a great effect.
Again, if you are conscious of it, it is having even more of an effect. This is why we are saying now to begin to utilize this practice of sun-gazing whenever you have the opportunity. Not to the point, though, of staring at the sun, because this can be harmful to your physical eyes. But little by little, working up to longer periods of time where you can experience this, and indeed it is having, and will have, an effect on your very being. Okay? Shoshanna?

Guest: Yes, please. Thank you.
Shoshanna: Dear Sister, you are experiencing a transformational process as One Who Serves has given. And, my goodness, the sun is magnificent! And any time a being wishes to absorb the energy of the sun, it is freely giving it to you.
And there are beings only this planet that do not consume food. They consume the energy around them to live. Now we will say that there is not anyone on this call that we know of that has accomplished that. However, it is possible. It is possible to pursue that avenue of life that you are only living on the energy of the sun.
We will say trust your experiences, Dear Sister. Your experiences are unique to the evolution of your being, and honor those experiences.
And as far as those experiences being validated, we do not validate those experiences, you do, you see. You believe in yourself and the experiences that are given to you for the process of your own ascension. Namaste.
OWS: And we add here, we want you all to think about whenever you have been feeling under the weather, a little bit ill, and you have gone out into the sun and felt the sun’s rays on you, did you not immediately feel somewhat better?
Guests: Yes.
OWS: Now think about that. That is what it is doing. Imaging what it is doing when you are perfectly well, you see? And again, when you are consciously aware of the energy rays coming into you, and feeling them moving through your body, through your etheric, your astral, your physical body, feeling it, bathing your chakra centers, you see?
Guest: M-hmm.
OWS: Much can happen as a result of this. We are done for the time here. We need to release change. Shoshanna, do you have any parting message?

OWS: Very good. Then we say here take seriously this idea of transformation that is happening, both individually within you, as well as the Great Transformation that is in process happening all over the planet now.
