“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
You understand that there is no separation between yourselves and all other beings. You understand it as a concept, but as a reality it is quite overwhelming and can lead to overstimulation of your central nervous system. Many of you have been experiencing a greater degree of the effects of your connection to all other beings, and that is why you have experiences physically, emotionally, and energetically that come from somewhere that seems to be outside of you. They come from out of the blue, out of the thin air.
These experiences are not meant to overwhelm you. That is not your purpose for participating in them in the way that you do. These experiences help to bring more compassion to your awareness to give you an even greater sense of connection and empathy.
It does not matter what you are picking up on within the collective. All that really matters is how you respond and what you want to contribute to the collective consciousness of humanity. Let yourselves feel for what is needed and offer it freely and effortlessly from the core of who you are.
You can do more good for the collective by responding to the needs of your fellow humans energetically than you ever could by building a school, or donating money, or volunteering you at a soup kitchen. We are not attempting to discourage you from doing any of those things. We simply want you to recognize how powerful you are in what you offer energetically to your fellow humans when you feel that the collective is in need of some support from one of its own.
We can help. The angels can help. Yeshua, Mary, and the ascended masters can help, but to receive it from another human who can empathize with what the rest of the collective is going through is even more powerful than what we can offer. We invite you to see your connection and your lack of separation as a gift, rather than a hindrance. See it as an opportunity to expand your consciousness and to know yourselves more purely as unconditional Love.
