The Deer 9/11/12
A deer stands alone in the forest. Abandoned and alone it instinctively knows how to survive. Within its cells lies the answers to integration into the natural world. It does not resist its circumstances. It flows and allows life to progress as intended, without judgement, without regret.
Dream Work 9/10/18
Hi. This is Ann Marie speaking.
I just wanted to say thank you so much to all the ladies who attended our group session last Friday in Indialantic, Florida. During the session, one of the questions that came up had to do with getting acquainted with your gifts. Dream work was mentioned before in the post The Gateway to the Soul 7/1/18 ,but I want to touch on it again because of my own success with it.
About a year before this all started to go full-swing for me, I began keeping a dream journal, recording whatever I could recall from my dreams. Sometimes it was barely a memory and other times I could grab a hold of most of it. Either way, I just wrote down anything I could remember. So after a few weeks or a month I went through the journal and started making notes of common symbols and themes and the repetition was astounding.
Then I used a book called How to Interpret Your Dreams and Discover Your Life Purpose by Michael Sheridan as my guide, and for me this was the beginning of a deeper understanding of who I truly am. Trust me, a lot of it was very hard to swallow at first, but it encouraged me to dig deeper and helped me start gravitating toward these aspects of my soul. And then, of course, one thing led to another… Just wanted to share in case this helps someone else!
