The lower ego mind is designed to keep you separated from your true self. The lower ego mind does this through fear. Any time that you exist within a low frequency of being, your frequency goes dense, which blocks consciousness from its divine expression. When one is angry, doubtful of what is, in fear, always complaining, living in the past and the future when the Now is the only reality that exists, living separate, not forgiving; or living in peace and instead living in duality, this is where you are dropping in frequency into a lower conscious state.
It is when you embrace and practice inner stillness that your frequency will increase in light quotient which then expands and strengthens this light within the auric field. The mind then dissolves, through this light or purity, allowing consciousness expression, in which this divine process expands ones awarenes into an awake state, as the Christ. This all comes through fully embracing unconditional love as the foundation of all that exists and cultivating inner peace, which brings calmness, clarity, stillness of the lower ego expression, blissfulness, abundance, greater awareness, and an ambiance of radiant light as Creator.
