I will do my best to field several questions floated out there yesterday and today. This is under the category of IMO. Yosef, call me out if I get off the mark, please. I do appreciate what it is like when you haven’t been in this long enough to understand the finer nuances.

Veritas – I’m confused about a few points, some of which you made in the above linked post. Perhaps you can clarify:
1. We’ve been told by other Intel providers that the terms of the GCR / Nesara / Gesara are imbedded in the Paris Agreement which was ratified in early October and implemented on November 4th. It makes perfect sense because a simply, yet very powerful way to free ourselves of financial slavery is to circumvent and suspend our global reliance on the fiat petro dollar by establishing new global standards for carbon emissions and by creating a shift to cleaner energy sources to (metaphorically) address global “climate changes”. (Wink Wink)
Regardless of one’s position on climate changes, replacing oil consumption with other non-petro energy technologies ultimately leads to less demand for oil which in turn leads to less monetary stranglehold by the Federal Reserve and their monopolized international black gold banking cartel and subsequent control of nearly all central banks. It’s hard for us to argue with that!
So, is that your position and understanding…that the terms of the GCR /Nesara / Gesara are imbedded in the Paris Agreement?
ANSWER: YES, ABSOLUTELY. YOU CAN READ THE ENTIRE DOCUMENT ON-LINE. THAT WILL PROBABLY CONFUSE YOU ALSO, SO LET ME EXPLAIN A BIT. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CLARITY IN UNDERSTANDING SOMETHING LIKE THIS, REALIZE THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST CRAFTED LEGAL DOCUMENTS OF ALL TIME. IN THIS CASE, THE DOCUMENT’S TASK IS TO PROVIDE A MECHANISM OF AUTHORITY BUT TO DO SO IN A WAY THAT MOST PEOPLE WOULD NEVER UNDERSTAND. LET ME SHOW YOU. (ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE VERY FAMILIAR WITH LEGAL DOCUMENTS AN THEIR WORDING, I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY AND MAKE NO CLAIM HERE TO PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE, KNOWLEDGE OR RECOMMENDATIONS. ISN’T THAT A BEAUTY? THIS SINGLE STATEMENT REFERS TO NO LESS THAN 63 OTHER PARTS OF THE DOCUMENT. IT ALSO STATES THAT THE PROCEDURES CAN BE COMPLETELY ALTERED AND CHANGE THE CURRENT SYSTEM. THIS GENERIC REPORTING AND VERIFICATION IS THE GLOBAL FINANCIAL SYSTEM IN MY OPINION (IMO). THE ENTIRE DOCUMENT REFERS TO THE UNDERLYING NEED FOR CONSISTENCY OF REPORTING AND MONEY HANDLING THROUGH ALL COUNTRIES, STANDARDIZED MECHANISMS, ETC. YOU WILL FIND A LOT OF PHRASES THAT YOU CAN COME TO RECOGNIZE REFER TO THE GCR.
I REALIZE THAT AS A BEGINNER LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE, YOU MAY WONDER WHY IT ISN’T JUST CLEARLY STATED. THIS KIND OF POWER AND AUTHORITY IS MOST EFFECTIVE WHEN NOT TOTALLY APPARENT TO THE OUTSIDE BUT WELL UNDERSTOOD TO MEMBERS. IN THIS CASE, MEMBERS ARE COUNTRIES. LET’S LOOK AT A FEW MORE EXAMPLES.
IN THAT SAME DOCUMENT, SECTION III, NUMBER 62 THROUGH 65 READ:
62. Recommends that the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Paris Agreement shall provide guidance to the entities entrusted with the operation of the Financial Mechanism of the Convention on the policies, programme priorities and eligibility criteria related to the Agreement for transmission by the Conference of the Parties; 63. Decides that the guidance to the entities entrusted with the operations of the Financial Mechanism of the Convention in relevant decisions of the Conference of the Parties, including those agreed before adoption of the Agreement, shall apply mutatis mutandis; 64. Also decides that the Standing Committee on Finance shall serve the Agreement in line with its functions and responsibilities established under the Conference of the Parties; 65. Urges the institutions serving the Agreement to enhance the coordination and delivery of resources to support country-driven strategies through simplified and efficient application and approval procedures, and through continued readiness support to developing country Parties, including the least developed countries and small island developing States, as appropriate;
IN THAT SAME DOCUMENT, SECTION IV, NUMBER 122 READS:
122. Decides that two high-level champions shall be appointed to act on behalf of the President of the Conference of the Parties to facilitate through strengthened high-level engagement in the period 2016–2020 the successful execution of existing efforts and the scaling-up and introduction of new or strengthened voluntary efforts, initiatives and coalitions, including by: (a) Working with the Executive Secretary and the current and incoming Presidents of the Conference of the Parties to coordinate the annual high-level event referred to in paragraph 121 above; (b) Engaging with interested Parties and non-Party stakeholders, including to further the voluntary initiatives of the Lima-Paris Action Agenda; (c) Providing guidance to the secretariat on the organization of technical expert meetings referred to in paragraph 112(a) above and paragraph 130(a) below; 123. THROUGHOUT THE DOCUMENT THERE ARE MANY COMMITTEES FORMED OR REFERRED TO FOR CERTAIN TASKS. THIS IS A WAY TO NARROW DOWN POWER FROM THE MANY TO THE FEW. IN THIS CASE, IT NARROWS ADDITIONALLY TO TWO “HIGH LEVEL CHAMPIONS” WHO THEN ACT ON BEHALF OF THE GROUP OR REPRESENTING THE EXECUTIVE OFFICERS. NOTE THAT THESE TWO PEOPLE PROVIDE GUIDANCE AGAIN. SUCH GUIDANCE CAN EASILY INCLUDE INSTALLING THE SUPPORTING FINANCIAL CHANGES TO THE WORLD WIDE BANKING SYSTEM SO THAT EVERYONE IS “ON THE SAME PAGE”. GUIDANCE MEANS TELLING THEM HOW TO DO IT. WHAT A TITLE. I WANT TO BE A HIGH LEVEL CHAMPION NOW. TOO FUNNY. NOTICE THAT IT ALSO LOCKS IN A TERM FOR THESE PEOPLE SO THAT CHANGES CAN’T BE MADE SPONTANEOUSLY.
WHAT MASTERFUL, SUBTLE DOCUMENTATION SO THAT EVERYTHING THAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN CAN FROM WITHIN THIS STRUCTURE WITHOUT HINDRANCE. BELIEVE ME, THOUGH, ALL COUNTRIES REALIZE FULLY THE INTENT AND PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT.

2. You also stated this in the above post:
…”Who [is holding up the release?] If there is evil evident in any one person, he (Obama) is at the top of that list. His power has been stripped long ago as a President. That makes it confusing, doesn’t it? Here you have Ryan/Dunford signing docs on behalf of America at the G20 instead of Obama yet Obama is holding up the release for us. What gives? No question here, really, except as a foundational information and how it applies to the next question:
3. IF the terms of the GCR are imbedded in the Paris Agreement and if Ryan and Trump are both either involved in and/or are behind the scenes, supporting the immediate release of the funds, but Obama is holding it up, why has Pres. Obama openly and diligently supported the Paris Agreement while both Trump and Ryan have adamantly and publicly stated that they oppose the Paris Agreement and believe it to be “bad for America”?
In fact, Mr. Trump has even publicly stated that when he takes office he will immediately rescind the US commitment to the Agreement. And Ryan’s official speaker website clearly features his stance on this subject. This information is easy to find, on multiple sites.
REMEMBER WHEN WE WERE AT WAR IN IRAQ AND CNN BROUGHT NEWS LIKE NEVER BEFORE TO US ON TV EVERY DAY? I REMEMBER BEING GLUED TO THE SET, WANTING TO UNDERSTAND EACH MOVE, WHY WE WERE DOING WHAT WE WERE DOING. WHY WE WEREN’T DOING CERTAIN THINGS. I FELT A GREAT DESIRE TO KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING IF IT AFFECTED MY LIFE.
IN REALITY, IN A WAR-TIME OR OPERATIVE SITUATION, IF YOU PUT IT ON THE NIGHT-TIME NEWS, THE ENEMY WILL WATCH THE PROGRAM.
YOU MAY WANT ALL THE INFORMATION, BUT IT MAY BE REALLY FOOLISH TO EXPLAIN IT ALL TO YOU. IT MAY ENDANGER PEOPLE. IT MAY STOP THOSE AT THE TOP FROM BEING ABLE TO DO THEIR JOB. IT JUST DOESN’T WORK THAT WAY. THIS IS WHY IT APPEARS THAT THINGS CHANGE SOMETIMES. IT IS NOT A LIE WHEN THAT HAPPENS. IT IS A CHANGE IN TACTIC, A BLOCK FROM BEING ABLE TO DO IT OR AN IMPORTANT EVENT WAITING TO HAPPEN. WHATEVER IT IS, THEY KNOW AND WE DON’T. EVEN THOSE AT THE TOP OR WITH GREAT SOURCES AND ACCESS ARE OFTEN LEFT OUT TO DRY IF THEY PUT OUT A GAG ORDER ON INFORMATION. JUST HOW IT IS. DOES THAT MAKE IT A LIE? HARDLY. IT IS THE HARDEST WON BATTLE THE US HAS EVER PARTICIPATED IN. WE JUST DON’T REALIZE WHAT IT IS. THAT IS WHY THE FULL EXPLANATIONS AREN’T THERE. THEY CAN’T PUT IT ON THE NIGHTLY NEWS!
IT SEEMS THAT THERE IS STILL A NAIVE BELIEF THAT WHAT IS ON THE NEWS IS REAL. NO. NO. NO. I HAVE LEARNED TO LOOK BEHIND THE NEWS FOR CONNECTIONS OF EVENTS OR A SEQUENCE OF EVENTS. PERHAPS IT MAKES SENSE TO PONDER THE RESULTS OF EVENTS IN ECONOMIC OR POLITICAL TERMS. THERE IS MUCH MORE TRUTH IN THAT LINE OF THINKING. SO JUST BECAUSE TRUMP SAYS HE WILL REPEAL THE PARRIS ACCORD, I WOULD WAIT ON THAT ONE. OBVIOUSLY HIS GAME PLAN MAY HAVE JUST CHANGED. ALSO, OBAMA IS THE BIGGEST LIAR IN EXISTENCE. HIS JOB RIGHT NOW, THOUGH, IS REQUIRED SUPPORT IN SOME CASES. WOULD YOU SAY WHAT HE SAYS IF YOU GOT BILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO DO IT? WELL, THAT IS AN EASY SALE WITH HIM. LET’S THINK ABOUT THE PRESSURE IT PUTS ON OBAMA AND THE CABAL WHEN THEY INDICATE REPEALING PARTICIPATION BY THE U.S. IN THE ACCORD. JUST BECAUSE HE IS PRESIDENT, DO YOU THINK OBAMA ISN’T EXCHANGING? YOU JUST ASSUMED HE WOULD EXCHANGE IN THE U.S. LIKE US, RIGHT? HE WANTS TO CASH IN JUST LIKE WE DO, BUT PROBABLY FROM DUBAI.
4. I can’t seem to puzzle this together. Either Trump has openly, intentionally and repeatedly lied to his constituents and the world about his position on this Agreement as a way to get elected or he is telling the world the truth about his intentions to block the Agreement. But he’s also been rumored to have a pallet of currencies, and that he has perhaps even exchanged already, along with a massive numbers of “elite”. Which is it? Can you clarify this for me?
WHO CAN SAY FOR CERTAIN, BUT I GUARANTEE THERE IS A GOOD REASON. I THINK THAT HE WILL CHANGE MANY THINGS IMMEDIATELY AND THAT IS VERY GOOD. IF YOU STOP FIGHTING THIS FEELING THAT EVERYTHING SHOULD BE STRAIGHT FORWARD AND LET THEM BE CONTRADICTORY, IT WILL ACTUALLY START TO MAKE MORE SENSE. IT IS NOT ABOUT THE STATEMENT OF SOMETHING BUT THE IMPACT OF THAT EVENT OR STATEMENT THAT IS THE NEWS. START THINKING BETTER. GET CURIOUS. LOOK DEEPER. IT IS ALL THERE FOR THOSE WHO DIG.
5. These contradictory and dichotomous positions seem so odd to me. And not very encouraging either way.
IT IS NO ONE’S JOB TO MAKE THIS MORE UNDERSTANDABLE OR EASIER FOR YOU. IT IS NO ONE’S JOB TO ENCOURAGE YOU BUT YOUR OWN. I WOULD SUGGEST USING YOUR CURIOUSITY TO READ WITH THE INTENT TO FIND THE CONNECTIONS.
A.) Is it simply naive to expect ANY politician or business man to be transparent or tell the truth?
YES, IN TODAY’S ENVIRONMENT. LET’S HOPE THAT IS ABOUT TO CHANGE COMPLETELY.
B.) If Mr. Trump intentionally lied, has he not then already established himself as a liar? And how does a liar represent the Americans, the reinstated Republic, or the good guys?
THIS IS NOT THE CASE. HE IS VERY ACCURATELY PORTRAYING A NECESSARY ROLE TO ACTUALLY HELP PEOPLE ADJUST TO THESE CHANGES. IT IS NOT A LIE OR LYING. IT IS, UNDERNEATH, A VERY COURAGEOUS ROLE HE HAS TAKEN ON. HE IS LOOKING AT THE BIG PICTURE THAT YOU DON’T SEE. HE IS HELPING TO GET BACK TO THE CONSTITUTION, NESARA, CABAL OUT, ETC. HIS ROUGH STYLE WAS NECESSARY TO UNITE SUCH A DIVERSIFIED VOTING POPULATION. IT WORKED. WE UNITED UNDER ONE CAUSE, GETTIG OUT CORRUPTION.
C.) And, if this isn’t released now, should we then expect him, after his inauguration, to rescind US participation in the Paris Agreement by EO as he’s publicly vowed, or flip-flop on his campaign promise?
LET IT HAPPEN AND ENJOY FIGURING OUT WHERE THEY ARE GOING WITH IT. IT IS GOING WHERE YOU WILL BE DELIGHTED FOR IT TO GO.
C.) I’m just an old woman, a grandmother. And I get easily confused. What am I missing here?
MAY I COMMEND YOU, MY DEAR. HOW TREMENDOUS THAT YOU ARE GOING AT THIS, ASKING SUCH GREAT QUESTIONS AND TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. YOU HAVE MY ADMIRATION. KEEP AT IT. “Seeking Dialogue: Proposed Merger” – Guest Post by Suzi

THE ISSUE: The Restoration movement to restore our governance to our land jurisdiction under our original Constitution is not going away. Anna has stated that the movement is already established and growing in all 50 states and has over 9 million marshalls functioning as peace keepers and X millions of emancipated state Nationals (formerly, U.S. Corp. citizens). Just before the election, she made the case that such Nationals should not vote in the corporate election, also, FYI. This movement is growing, and because it is based in TRUTH will eventually become our only permanent solution IMO, when everything shakes out.
Given Trump’s victory speech in which he stated that he works for We the People, I have to believe that he is both familiar with and sympathetic to the Restoration movement.
I MUCH MORE SEE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NESARA. I THINK IT IS NEARLY THERE, PRACTICAL AND MUCH MORE SIMPLE. DOESN’T MEAN ANNA DOESN’T HAVE A POINT. I DON’T CARE FOR READING HER LONG DISERTATIONS AND I DON’T AGREE WITH IT ALL.
THE QUESTION FOR COMMENT (We are not insiders and don’t have all the facts or answers, just trying to understand): Do you agree or disagree? What is healthiest for the country now is for the already established Republic Government (as described by Winston Shrout or Anna – are they even the same governments???) and the Trump Team to effect a Merger of sorts with the Trump camp becoming the lawful contracted/hired government of the Republic to perform the 19 enumerated services listed in our organic Constitution. (This is an oversimplification, but you get the idea.) DOES ANYONE KNOW – and how and why do they know – whether a constructive way for a merger or hiring of the Trump Team by the Restorationists is now being discussed? Anna has mentioned that such an arrangement can even be done on a year-to-year basis so that performance can be assessed.
This might provide the winning solution, as many of Trump’s policies are not far off from Restoration and NESARA goals and principles. Trump, like George Washington is not power hungry and really doesn’t need this job and loves America. Note: Such a merger may not be possible, but we hope and pray that discussions are happening.
GOODNESS, THEY DID A GOOD JOB IF YOU THINK TRUMP ACCIDENTALLY THINKS LIKE NESARA. THOSE SIMILAR PHRASES ARE NOT AN ACCIDENT. THIS IS ONE WHERE YOU CAN BEGIN TO SEE, CAN’T YOU? THESE PHRASES WERE CAREFULLY THOUGHT OUT AND SELECTED SO AS TO PLANT THE EXACTLY RIGHT TONE FOR ACCEPTANCE OF NESARA. IT IS A HIGH PRIORITY. WHY WOULD THEY PASS UP A HEATED ELECTION THAT POINTED OUT EVERYTHING FOR THEM AND CONTRASTED IT WITH CORRUPTION AND EVIL? THEY WOULDN’T.
I DO BELIEVE THAT TRUMP IS SINCERE IN A LOVE FOR THE COUNTRY AND THE PEOPLE. I THINK IT HAS SURPRISED HIM HOW MUCH IT TOUCHED HIM AS HE MET WITH THE CROWDS. WAS HE THERE IN THE BEGINNING? DON’T KNOW, BUT I THINK HE GOT TO THAT PLACE BY THE END.
