My dear friends, we love you so very much, If you have ever snagged your sweater on a chain or a necklace, had a piece of gum stuck to the bottom of your shoe, or tried to wriggle free from an outfit that was too tight after a large meal, you understand the notion of “entanglement!”  It is fairly obvious in the 3D physical sense. Most of you also know, […]

My dear friends, we love you so very much, There is no race to a goal. There is no finish line to your soul. There is no point at which you will ever stop wanting more. You are made of the Creative force of the universe, which lives within and flows through you. Creation happens through you.  It will never cease. Watch the pure little ones. They want a toy

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Every day, your world offers you an incredible number of contrasting opinions and behaviors. Whether you are discussing how to maintain your health, happiness, abundance, or sanity, it can be overwhelming if you attempt to sort through all the external opinions to discover which are right for you. If you pay too much attention to the actions and ideas of others,

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Take a deep, slow breath and exhale very slowly. In so doing, you have just decided to love yourself. You have chosen to allow life and spirit to flow into your body, nourish your cells, encourage the cleansing flow of lymph, increase circulation, and invite us to come closer and help to create balance in your mind, body, and spirit. My dear friends, we love you so very much, You have experienced an incredible amount of light these past few weeks flowing to you from your sun.  You are energetic beings, and without exception, this will affect you to varying degrees. My dear friends, we love you so very much, You live in exciting and turbulent times. Never before has humanity called for so much love, and never before has so much love been allowed by humanity, into your 3D reality.  As a result of this influx of light, there is great turbulence. Old energies are attempting to continue their existence in a fast-moving flow of love that will no longer

My dear friends, we love you so very much, So many times upon your planet Earth, you find yourself looking at the behavior of others and feeling your own vibration shift. You see someone acting angrily and find yourself upset or sad. You see someone you love suffering and feel anxiety arise from within. You see a happy child or smiling dog, and it is hard not to feel good,

My dear friends, we love you so very much, There are so many times when we wish you could see yourselves the way we see you. However, it is not nearly as difficult as so many of you make it. Your purpose is to love. Your purpose is to find ways to express love so you can feel the invisible love of the Divine

My dear friends, we love you so very much, A few weeks ago, we talked about your eternal nature. You live forever, dear ones. So do all beings. Humanity, the animals, the spirit of the plants, trees, and Earth herself are part of the beautiful energy field that cannot and never will cease to exist. One with your creator, you immerse yourself in this 3D world for a while, then

My dear friends, we love you so very much, We say this all the time. We love you. We love you more than you can ever comprehend through human logic because our love is not based on logic. My dear friends, we love you so very much, Try for a moment to imagine an existence without end. All your goals now would be replaced with new ones… for eternity. All plans you make now will be fulfilled or replaced by others. All experiences you have would satisfy or not, and new desires would arise. All you have lost will be found. And this would continue forever. For some

My dear friends, we love you so very much, You are energetic beings, having a physical experience. Your bodies translate the world of energy into your human sensory experience. Your science understands this. All that you see is your brain’s interpretation of wavelengths. All that you hear is your brain’s interpretation of sound waves. All that you taste is your body’s interpretation of chemical interactions and signals. Each of your

My dear friends, we love you so very much, When we gaze at you, we understand your challenges, but our focus never wavers from love. We never let our focus rest upon your problems or your challenges. My dear friends, we love you so very much, Imagine you had a magical television. Whatever you were thinking would appear on the screen. The more emotion you feel about your thoughts, the greater the clarity and detail become. As your thoughts change, the picture changes. As your emotions change, the picture becomes clearer or fuzzier. The more you hold your focus, the more the story you are watching will

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Many of you have experienced fears about the future of your world, country, or individual lives. This is understandable. Many in your world profit from your fears. If you’re afraid that being uninformed will make you vulnerable to attack, you’ll spend hours keeping yourselves informed. If you’re afraid of lack in the future, you’ll buy more than you intended when something
