DEAR BROTHERS AND SISTERS ON PLANET EARTH!

We are your Arcturian friends, closely watching the evolving processes on Gaia.

As high level frequencies arrived from your Galactic Center, and now penetrating the surface of your planet, many veils are lifting on the astral and ethereal level around earth and also around yourself.

This is the reason why we are now coming closer together. Now it is easier for us to make a conscious connection with you, as it is also easier for you to connect with the level of our higher frequency of light.

This supports you in dealing better with the intense negative emotions that surface on many places on your planet, because Divine Light is Shining on it; especially in the regions of war and accumulations of people who are escaping their devastated countries or who feel sorrow and discontent in the countries where they arrive.

This is the time, dearest friends, you have been preparing for, to stand in this planetary increasing tourmoil upright and energetically strong. To provide centers of equanimity and emotional strength to break the waves of negativity.

You have been preparing for this by first releasing and healing your own  karmas (personal, ancestral, regional or global). Without the suffering you have been going through and without going beyond it, you would not have the stamina to support the lifting of the present chaos that is all around you.

If you have established already happiness and equanimity in your daily life, wondering about a new rising darkness, do not take it personally!

It does not matter whether you live directly in a region of war or social conflict, or far from it. Many of you light workers and – warriors are sensitized to be aware of the disturbed and distorted fields of your planet wherever you are. Because this is the work you voted to be here for.

As tremendous fields of darkness are being released into the consciousness of humanity and planet earth, content, that has been unconsciously suppressed for so long, accumulated by millenniums of  incredible suffering, these dense vibrations are now slowly dissolving into Divine Light, with the help of the high frequencies  from your Galactic Center, channelled through your Sun.

This is not always an easy experience for you as you consciously participate in this global transformation. It might be for many of you a challenge for your physical and energy body.

However, if you are just  aware of the cause of it, and by connecting with your own higher consciousness and also our joyful presence, low and dense energies can be transformed and lifted  in an instant into  Divine Light. It requires actually  your constant conscious work of release, again and again. And we are here to support you if you connect with us and ask for our help.

It is also of great importance that you join forces with your human family of light, because united you are invincible! This must be a joint venture to overcome in this moment the vast negative heritage of mankind.

The immense Light is here, yes, but the transformational work must be done now. It does not happen by itself, but by the conscious participation of those of you who are dedicated to the light.

The Waves from the latest cosmic energetic punch have dissipated and are balanced across all grids.

All forerunners are now fully anchored to the higher vibrational grids in the Heart Collective,
lower vibrational grids in the service to Self Collective.
There is no going back and forth, no wavering between timelines.

The Lighthouses have fully anchored.

Energy travels in waves,peaks and valleys, for every up spike there follows a down time.
After each massive upgrade the energies have to be anchored across the grids and need to level up and hold at the highest vibrational peak.

After the intense energies shake everything up, there is down time for everything to settle and assimilate once again, until the following incoming wave.

This is time in the Void, recovery time.The inability to be around many others as your own expanded energy is not mastered yet and feels unsettled.

It is in this void where one releases expectations of outcomes.
Where massive inner shifts occur.
Where one realigns with the flow of Source.
It is a time of assimilation for the DNA to slowly return to its divine blueprint, and continue to activate.
For evolution to occur.
For consciousness to expand.

Many forerunners find themselves in this place right now.
In The Void, awaiting their latest creation, experiencing BEing.

After this past huge energetic wave, chakra unbalance is felt deeply for each forerunner within the Heart Collective.
It cannot continue, must be seen, forgiven, healed and released.
Must be balanced.
Feeling off the Flow of Source is felt deeply and forcefully,being out of alignment is very unpleasant.Finding inner balance is quick due to many individual remembered tools for mastering energy.

The anchoring of the energies by the forerunners was beyond what was expected by many on your earth, non incarnated souls included, yet the outcome was exactly as YOU were seeking, which was for each individual soul to ground in as much of the Light as humanly possible into all the grids, expanding to All timelines, and accessible to All.

All timelines ascended and anchored, yes even descending timelines.
Service to self timelines expanded into more “lack of” timelines.
Service to others timelines expanded into more “abundant” timelines.
The two are continuing the opposite expansion, moving away from each other in a spiraling fashion, yet within the same spiral of dual timelines.

Many forerunners are being relocated to new anchoring points around the world to anchor new Pillars of Light and to continue to fully ground the higher vibrational grids and timelines.
As each soul awakens they become conscious Pillars of Light, and the Heart Collective expands to raise the consciousness of the planet.

Expansion comes from Within by going Within.

At the moment of the highest vibrational peak by the huge cosmic impact of the latest evolutionary wave, all beings on your planet peaked at the highest possible SELF vibration in this NOW moment, across all dimensions and realities.

ALL Beings and Collectives.

The Wave hit YOU physically and energetically on this earth, AND also hit ALL off world Selves of YOU, Angelic and Galactic, ALL your Dimensional Selves, all universal aspects of who you are, as ALL are connected.

This also shook the lower densities to Light, which had not been “seen” for millennia on your planet.
Light is information, therefore as “secrets” are revealed they no longer hold the same frequency, they must be released once seen.
It is in the act of secrecy that the frequency of the information is lowered.

It used to be, while caught in the lower densities of the karmic cycle, the only way to shift your vibration was to physically die and be reborn once again into a “new” life,”forgetting” your other selves.

This is no longer the way for the Heart Collective.

All timelines can be accessed.
All souls have the capacity to experience life on your planet with full knowledge of all aspects of Self.
You are a multidimensional being, remembering how to be multidimensional.
When fully prepared to access the information, by your frequencysignature, you will.

It is your FREQUENCY which reaches higher,or lower vibrational timelines.

In those “aha” moments, those “aha”thoughts, it is YOU who has cleared enough inner density to access those truths, those thoughts, by raising your vibration.
They are literally sitting at a frequency which you can raise to, and when YOU reach that frequency, YOU unlock that level of consciousness.
You remember that Truth.
You control your expansion as you remember who you are.

You are the elevator, everything sits at a frequency awaiting YOU to reach it.

And as you expand beyond your human consciousness, you begin to access your OTHER levels of YOUR consciousness beyond this planet.
You connect to all your galactic Selfs, other aspects of YOU working at different dimensions to assist in THIS third dimension, in this magnificent shift of consciousness.

In the higher vibrational collectives all are connected through their Hearts, therefore as you connect to the individual aspect of YOU in another realm,maybe your archangel self for instance,you connect to the archangel collective through your own Angelic Self.

Connecting to your self ensures that channeled energies are clear and concise and direct from Source, without any energy being given to any outside agenda from a duality entity.
Being fully connected to one’s Heart ensures one to be as clear a channel as consciously possible while walking in the Law of One.

As each forerunner connects deeper into their Heart with Source, and becomes One in the Heart Collective, the ability to “see” multidimensionally also greatly increases, as senses expand beyond 3d limits. Expansion occurs across all bodies, all selves.

Empaths function 100% sensing the world from their hearts, while fully understanding divine concepts and truths with their Divine Mind.
Mastering their energy, being balanced between light and dark.

This is the ascending timelines’ way to navigate dimensions by feeling them through the Heart Center, and choosing the ones that “feel” from the Heart to be grounded in love and peace.

This is the beginning of manifesting, the initial intent must be from the heart, for the highest good of all.
All outcome as to how the manifestation will occur must be released.

Once the intent is anchored, then the initial steps to the experience begin to manifest.

You are moving quickly into “newness” and are now experiencing its energy in many forms. Do not doubt that you are in the midst of great change, do not judge what you perceive outwardly in the world by three dimensional standards for they no longer serve as an accurate measure. Many of you are finding that you are unable to tolerate certain foods (especially junk foods) and also that you need much less of what you do eat. This is because your higher resonating bodies are beginning to assimilate pure energy as food, something your bodies were unable to do in the denser energies. Material food is actually the material sense of the Divine energy that eternally sustains and maintains you . Many ordinary things previously believed important to your happiness have skimpy become irrelevant, often without your even noticing. Trust, dear ones, trust. You are not going crazy, nor are you getting ready to die except out of the old energy. You are in the midst of the ascension process of Gaia and yourselves whether or not you are able to fully accept it. We wish to speak about two often misunderstood issues of living on earth–food and sex. There is and ever has been, only the ONE manifesting ITSELF in infinite form and variety. Every plant is alive with the one life and even rocks have consciousness. Man has been erroneously taught that he is superior to all other life forms and thus has a right to dominate. This is a false interpretation of scriptures. Man has the ability to assist, support, and work with other life forms through his knowledge and gifts, but has never been given permission to dominate, misuse, or cause suffering–actions that represent duality and separation at its fullest. This realization frequently brings about an inner struggle with regard to food and especially the eating of meat. The majority of physical bodies are still programmed from lifetimes to need meat as a protein source although as one’s energy becomes lighter and lighter, this changes. Many a serious student will attempt to eliminate all meat only to find they are unable to do so for many reasons. Failing to make the switch, they consider themselves to be spiritual failures. If this has been your experience, simply understand without guilt, that your body is not yet energetically ready for the complete elimination of meat. Continue to include meat as a part (not the whole) of your diet, but begin to eat consciously. Choose meat from sources where the animal did not experience suffering and mistreatment for the meat of these dear animals still carries the energy of fear and suffering. Remember also that your purchases serve to promote the actions of whatever business provided the meat. In many cultures of the past, an animal was thanked and honored for its sacrifice, even being asked to appear if it wanted to provide itself for food. These higher ways of mutual respect and honor have changed and the eating of meat has simply become heavily promoted big business. Many are now working to bring respect, consideration, and happiness into the lives of animals being raised for food. Utilize these sources. You are moving energetically toward a plant based diet of grains and vegetables which is more compatible with the lighter energies of your ascending bodies which is why many of the heavier foods you are used to eating, no longer agree with you. You will find yourselves automatically drawn to lighter, cleaner foods without effort on your part. There is no need for food as you know it, in the higher dimensions–nutrition is light filled in small amounts. Honor plant life forms as well for their sacrifice. The origin of saying grace before meals, was not only to thank some God in sky, but to honor the sacrifice of the food. Blessing, honoring, and sending Light to everything you eat will lighten the energy of what is on your plate, making it more compatible with your new ascension status body. Never forget what food really represents on a deeper level and also know that the energy of the one preparing the food becomes a part of the energy of the food. All must come to know and understand that there is a higher reality to everything material and ordinary–food is just one of them. Carry spiritual awareness with you in every action taken throughout the day. There never has been spiritual vs non-spiritual, they are NOT separate. Everything is pure spiritual Idea, but on earth interpreted according to the state of consciousness of the individual. Example: Commerce/business is in reality the material sense of love and gratitude–(I give to you, you give gratitude back to me). Car, trains, airplanes, ships etc. are three dimensional concepts of Omnipresence, changing over time as man’s consciousness has evolved. Healing and the seeking of it on all levels represents the seeking of that innate perfection already ever present within every individual. As with so many other things, sexual expression on the human level is often misused, misunderstood, and riddled with concepts of guilt and shame. Sex is usually either embraced with detached and impersonal gusto as the ultimate experience or is considered taboo, evil, and something to avoid as a “sin”. Neither is true. Sexual experience on the human plane is neither an end all, nor is it an evil to be avoided. There are those that need the experiences of sexual attraction in order to grow and evolve into a higher sense of love/sex. Others do not need these experiences, having incarnated for different reasons. Many soul contracts include the need for closure with some individual or sexual experiences from past lifetimes and therefore they will be included in the experiences of this lifetime. As with everything, sex as it is understood in the human experience is representative of a higher truth–a step toward spiritual completion. The spiritual reality is the uniting and balancing outwardly of the male and female aspects of the soul which are usually unrecognized but fully present within every individual whether in a male or female body. At some point in the spiritual journey, the two aspects become one, the soul is complete and manifests outwardly as a new and illumined individual able to express both the male strengths and female gentleness as needed in every day living. On the human level the joining of the male and female also results in a new person. Everything material must be understood to be in reality, spiritual. Everything a three dimensional consciousness sees, hears, and becomes aware of is understood through filters of duality and separation. Think of it as viewing the world and everything in it as seen through a stained glass window–that which you see is perfect, but you are unable to perceive it as it really is. Sex is sacred, not to be used selfishly. Sexual actions must always embrace loving respect and mutual agreement between partners whether they be male/female, male/male, or female/female. Let intuition always be your guide, not whatever current popular thought may be or the rules and regulations promoted by others. Sexual attraction does not indicate the need for a sexual relationship. Love and spiritual awareness is an energy that can lift the sexual experience to levels never experienced through random sexual encounters. As with all things, there are levels and more levels… In times of old, sexuality, its practice, and the higher truths of it were taught in the temples to give people a right sense of sexuality. These teachings have been lost for the most part, leaving a world of individuals often confused and hurt through an ignorance of the deeper mysteries of sexuality. Many allow themselves to be used sexually, confusing it with love. The intense energies of the sexual experience remain in an individual’s energy field– good to remember when tempted by some random encounter based in physical attraction only. This is why the molestation of children is so harmful to them, the energy remains within their energy field and they are not of a mature enough level to understand, deal with it or clear it. Many of you had these types of experiences in past lifetimes and have carried that energy with you through lifetimes and may now be manifesting as unresolved anger and sexual confusion, along with other mental and emotional issues. It is surfacing because you are now ready to once and for all time, clear it. Do not resist, but instead allow yourselves to feel. Love yourselves and the dear hurt child within you, allowing no shame nor blame to enter the process, all the while remembering that you are in reality a spiritual being having human experiences. Understand it for what it is–old energy that you no longer need to carry with you. These experiences are finished and it time to move on leaving them in the dust of the nothingness that they really are. Some remain tempted to stay in the perceived “specialness” of victimhood for it often provides loving support, sympathy, and an excuse to remain in what is old and finished. A period of healing may be required, but do not remain in that phase forever, for choosing to remain in experiences of the past will hold you firmly there and you will continue to recreate instead of clear. Study the informational channels of Mary Magdalene for more about Divine Sexuality and let go of any guilt or shame you may have accumulated with regard to sex. Sexuality is a facet of the human experience and guilt about it is an old and useless energy created and perpetuated through ignorant beliefs. These energetically new times are enabling all who choose, to live full, responsible, happy, and guilt free lives. These are the fruits that flow infinitely and automatically from an awakened state of consciousness, one that has evolved beyond the illusions of sense that still hold much of the three dimensional world in bondage. www.onenessofall.com Dear ones, in this time of change and new beginnings, we urge you to let go of any remaining expectations, for expectation only serves to hold you in concepts–mind pictures representing something you have read or listened to with regard to ascension. You are creating a new world, not forming it out of what is already known. Learn to rest in the “now” at all times, knowing that this is a spiritual universe and all are spiritual beings while allowing each day to unfold without resistance. This practice will lead you into an ever deepening consciousness of love and gratitude as you begin to see everything as being part of a Divine plan no matter how difficult or “unholy” it may appear to three dimensional thinking. As we have previously stated; This does not mean being a “doormat” or allowing oneself to stay in an unsafe environment. Lifetimes past and present held struggle and very little support for those seeking truth but those times have drawn to a close for most of you. You have done the work, often being punished for it and it is now time to rest, live, and be that which you have attained. One cannot stay in grade school after they are ready for high school or college just because a friend or someone close may still need grade school, or even because some “expert” says they must. The time has come for all serious students of truth to move into their power as awakened spiritual beings, while at the same time moving courageously through whatever remnants of the “old ” may still operate in or affect them. As an individual evolves into new and higher ways of resolving karmic issues and remaining lessons, he no longer needs the intense problems, accidents, and difficulties previously required for awakening. Most of you are there now. On earth there will always be difficulties of some sort whether yours or another’s but now you have new, higher, and guided tools with which to resolve them. You are powerful beings of Light, but this truth must be acknowledged and lived until it becomes a state of consciousness and not just nice words in a book. If an individual is ready to take this step but refuses to leave what is old, comfortable, and familiar he will probably get “wake up calls” in the form of difficult experiences serving to force him deeper and into what he is spiritually ready for. Victimhood can no longer be a part of the consciousness of serious students of truth. Most are not aware of how much change is actually taking place. Note world movements for peace, animal rights, freedom of information, and other issues that 20 years ago would not of been considered important by the vast majority. Notice also how people are starting to take a long hard look at commonly accepted beliefs as well as examining more closely the motives and intent of world “leaders”. You are reclaiming your innate power through listening to, resonating with, and living out from inner guidance instead of blindly aligning with the often limiting concepts of some expert, government, church, or person. You are learning to stand in the power of Self which does not mean that you can never be taught truth from an evolved minister, expert, teacher, or friend. However, the bottom line must always be yours, based in an inner knowing of what is right and appropriate for you. We wish to speak of the new energies. Most of you were aware of the full moon and eclipse bringing high light frequencies. Do not believe that “nothing happened” based on appearances for new Light energies did come and are available but the integration of them only takes place as an individual is capable of receiving them. Very few are able to fully integrate high frequencies all at once because the physical, emotional and mental bodies must be prepared to accept and resonate with them. Never doubt that your Higher Self will see to it that you receive everything you are ready for as you are ready without effort on your part other than to live out from your highest sense of truth. Always remember that you are being guided, and assisted at all times. No one, not even the very un-awakened are ever left to struggle through a life on earth alone. Your job as evolving students of truth is to rest in the awareness that this is a spiritual universe, governed by Love, and peopled with spiritual beings. Do not spend time worrying about whether or not you are ascending or “doing it right”. Living out from your highest sense of right in each moment is all that is required. So much third dimensional thinking regarding spirituality is limiting–how experiences must look or feel in order to be valid. These are concepts based in and handed down from someone’s belief system. Experiences others may of had were valid for them, but may not necessarily be right for you. DNA will activate as you are ready, chakras will be clear and open as you are ready, and 5th dimensional experiences will happen as you are ready. All the courses taken, practices engaged in, and efforts put forth to attain these things can help, but the fullness of the experience cannot take place until the soul is prepared. Hold the intention to evolve while practicing what you already know and more will be given. Ascension does not simply drop into ones lap without preparation. Each step taken along the way of lifetimes adds to and finally brings forth a fully aware state of consciousness that results in your creations manifesting outwardly on increasingly higher levels. Love everything. Love the bad” as well as the “good”. Love your faults and love those who do not love you. Love the thoughts that pop into your head that may cause you to react with fear, anger, resentment, jealousy etc. for there is nothing but GOD and as you learn to love everything, you stop giving appearances power causing them to lose their “punch”. An evolved state of consciousness automatically dissolves old learned behaviors and beliefs such as being “less than” or “unworthy”. Learn to laugh at honest mistakes and you will soon discover that the sky doesn’t fall down, your Guides don’t leave you, nor do you stop spiritually growing when you make a wrong choice. This is what lifetimes spent in the third dimension have been about–stepping and falling, stepping and falling.. You chose to be here and you learned. Most of you are now finding or will soon find yourselves assisting others to also grow and learn who and what they are. Rejoice in every opportunity whether it is just throwing out a seed of truth or actually teaching another but never seek out students, force, proselytize, or work to “save” someone for there is only ONE and that ONE doesn’t need “saving”. As you radiate more Light, you will attract some who seek to have your Light instead of finding their own. These dear ones are not usually interested nor prepared for the deeper truths. Those ready for what you may have to give them will find you. Trust your intuition and allow yourselves to be guided as to the readiness of any who seek you out. Keep your work with others on the level of compassion and not sympathy for sympathy will align with the other’s lower resonating energy. Compassion is a more detached way of viewing another’s issues and allows you to offer the words necessary for the person to hear at their level of awareness while you continue to hold your Light. The human race has reached the moment of choice in this NOW.

The intense wave of photonic Light, which is coursing through your planet and all the dimensional holograms, is being fully grounded by the Heart Collective forerunners.
The energies are integrating and assimilating into all the grids(3,4,5…as ALL dimensions are in this now),and every living being can access them as they personally clear inner density and align their chakra systems.
When the inner work is completed each soul can access the energies, as all is this now and the energies do not dissipate, they are anchored and integrated into the grids awaiting those that match their frequency. When a soul reaches the same frequency, the energies are accessed, integrated and assimilated and expansion continues.
Therefore NO ONE is left behind, each soul reaches the frequency when they are ready to integrate it and assimilate it.

This is a fear that is coursing through the collective at this moment,(with intentional purpose by the service to self collective),the fear of having “missed it”.
ALL are being affected but don’t necessarily understand what is happening.
They also feel fear because they “feel” change yet don’t comprehend what is happening.
The energies of Evolution from Source manifest in waves, and this particular wave was expanded and amplified with planetary alignments,lunar alignments, and solar storms. In the history of your human experience, this is the strongest energetic catalyst so far which is the “celestial punch” needed to separate the two collectives and solidify new ascension and descension timelines.
This is all part of the physical manifestation of the Divine Plan of Evolution.

There is no longer the option to straddle both worlds as the separation between the two collectives has grown too wide.Those souls that were “sitting on the fence” can no longer choose that option.

This universe is a duality universe, ascension,(expansion) is achieved both through service to others and service to self, timelines are separated by frequencies.

The dimensions are accessible by frequency, therefore all lower density thought forms and entities are UNABLE to experience the higher vibrational grids experienced by the Heart Collective. They cannot cross the veil. As more and more souls awaken, their food source becomes less and less with no ability to “re hook “, to feed themselves. They continue on a descending spiral while the Heart collective continues on an ascending spiral.
This is the separation of timelines.

Up until this time in the history of humanity, all have been experiencing a manipulated 3rd dimension.
This was a manipulated matrix run by entities,( galactic, higher dimensional and multidimensional), who are experiencing ascension through service to self.
These entities are choosing to not connect to the Source of All, as they have chosen to experience separation instead of unity, and they have manipulated the human race,to act as their Source of Life.
Humans were kept in darkness(lack of information),so they could be batteries to provide them with life, but now the planetary ascension energies have been fully anchored for ALL souls, and each soul has the opportunity to exit the karmic recycle system and experience a higher vibrational reality.

The physical earth has now finished traveling through a very “dark” area in space, an area where many worlds have been destroyed, and the vibration is very dense.
Through the Law of Attraction, this lowered the consciousness of the planet as it began its cycle of descension.
This is where lower density entities became part of the earth experience.
This is what is termed “the fall”.
Now the photonic light is once again fully reaching the earth, being anchored by the forerunners, to begin “the rise”. This is a higher vibrational area in space which will continue to rise the consciousness of the earth and usher in a new era of expansion.
A new experience for all souls.

The Principle of Rhythm- All things rise and fall.
Each soul now has a choice of which path they wish to take.

Ascension timelines and the heart collective, or descension timelines and separation, service to self.

The gap between the two collectives has become too wide to continue, so the souls that chose ascension timelines can now separate and experience ascension as the Heart Collective, no longer affected by outside manipulation and interference of the lower vibrational grids.
Higher vibrational realities are now available to all who choose them.

As the energies integrate, the polarity of the two collectives will become even more obvious.

All grids have anchored in the energies without catastrophic events, as that was what the service to self timelines were attempting to physically manifest. Their food is human emotion, fear and hate being the strongest,(the opposite of love), hence their agenda of war and “death”, and their end of the world scenarios.
Their attempt to use technology to use the incoming waves to create an apocalyptic scenario was balanced by the anchoring of the Heart Collective of the highest vibrational energies possible by each forerunner.
Those in service to the Law of One, the Heart Collective, balanced out the fear and catastrophe energies, with their higher vibrational energies of Oneness through their Heart Connection.

For the Wayshowers, the incoming energies brought to consciousness ALL situations, thoughts, relationships and people who are not in alignment with the truth of who we ALL are. The deepest of secrets and unconscious manifestations. So any THING that was in your lives that was not for the highest good of all is finally seen, and can be released.
THIS is the purpose of these energetic expansions, bringing up to the LIGHT all issues that are founded in lies and untruths. That is the energetic foundations of the lower vibrational grids which are now being exposed by the Light for the human race to “see” and release.

For the awakening collective, the energies will begin the triggering process and they will begin to “awaken” from the old realities.
For those that chose to expand through darkness, they will begin to experience all their creations,not for the highest good of all, begin to quickly fall apart. The karmic energies will begin to return to them and they will have to experience that which they “put out”. Their “lack of” experiences will continue to expand.
The higher the vibration of each individual, the faster the manifestation times.
The denser the individual,the slower.
However, the Laws of Cause and Effect are constant in this Universe, all energies always return to each individual soul.

It is the time of the effect return, which is different in all souls.

Souls choosing, or unable to physically make the shift to a higher vibrational earth will live out their existence and physically die, to continue,through reincarnation,to experience descension in the alternative universe of descension and the earth experience which that is created through that collective, or be reborn into an ascending earth to continue their life experience.

The Heart Collective will continue to expand their consciousness and achieve full assimilation and embodiment of their higher dimensional selves.
This is the unifying of a race,how worlds evolve, becoming galactic citizens.

For the human collective, conscious and unconscious, this wave was felt by ALL. However all seven and a half billion souls are ALL at different frequencies, for the path of ascension is a personal one and everyone is experiencing their own ascension.
Not all souls have chose to ascend or awaken in this lifetime.
This is a free will Universe.

The forerunners are at this point fully disconnecting(or completely disconnected), from the 3d matrix, and they are anchoring the higher vibrational energies so the energies are accessible to ALL.
It is at this time that the awakening masses will begin their path of remembering.

Greetings from the Arcturian Group.  Know that everything is proceeding according to plan, and be not afraid dear ones, for the many changes and upheavals happening on earth at this time are all proof of the shifting energy of evolution.  Remember as you observe chaos taking place in the world, that what has become old, more often than not, only leaves after a great deal of resistance.

We wish to speak today of change, a topic we have spoken of before.   There are many who as of yet do not associate needed change with personal change.  These dear ones see and work toward change in politics, religion, and government, but do not realize that they themselves are the politics, religion, and government.  Outer change can only manifest from the substance from which it is formed–consciousness.

You as creators, have over time created many different three dimensional worlds, each manifesting the belief system and consensus consciousness of the times.  When enough people awaken, the enlightened world consciousness will once again shift the dynamic of the whole, for consciousness and its manifestation are one and the same.  Notice that as concepts and beliefs change (states of consciousness) laws and acceptable ways of living also change.

Change is extremely difficult for those who find security and comfort in sameness.  It is very easy to rest back in ways that up to now have worked to bring a level of harmony and peace regardless of how it was accomplished. These dear ones struggle and resist, and often without thought automatically bring judgment and criticism to any suggestions of change in their personal world or the world in general.  This is an expression of fear.

Those accustomed to believe without question what authority figures tell them, respond with; “We have always done it this way and it has worked. The government, priest, expert has said…”.   However this mind set is no longer working because the energy manifesting and supporting it is dissolving. These ways were perfect and necessary for their time, but it is a NEW TIME, and if you look closely, you will discover cracks beginning to appear in the foundation of long held world concepts.

Many commonplace ideas, beliefs, and world solutions no longer resonate with an awakening mankind and because they no longer hold the belief energy necessary to keep them in place, are crumbling. This appears as chaos and brings about all varieties of fear for those of a superstitious and  un-awakened states of consciousness.

In your personal lives many of you are discovering that long standing relationships with certain friends or members of your family seem to be weakening–you are no longer on the same page so to speak.  This is because resonance attracts like resonance.  If you have made a shift in consciousness, you no longer resonate with those who remain in the previous energy.  This can be very confusing and even hurtful for those who do not understand and interpret the situation on a three dimensional level.

It is not that you are better than them, it is simply a matter of being in a new place energetically–like energy attracts like energy.   Often there comes a point in the spiritual journey at which the student finds they have no friends at all.  This is the point at which you must trust this part of the journey, not trying to fix or make things work again according to popular thinking.   Very quickly the student will find that those of a similar resonance are attracted into their sphere, and become the new friends.  Know that you are being guided every step of the way and cannot be other than on your chosen path.

Fear governs the actions of many large corporations and individuals as they observe their business models no longer resonating with the majority.  This is happening in the medical/pharmaceutical fields as well as with organized religions and world governments.  Frequently no holds are barred financially or dishonestly in the effort to bring customers back.

Without evolving change in the consciousness of a business and individuals involved, heavy promotion tactics simply will not work because as with individuals, the energy no longer resonates–they are not speaking to the new consciousness and people are not so easily fooled as they once were.  You will begin to observe this frantic struggle to make the old work as it once did, more and more in all sorts of situations.

Change is often difficult for spiritual leaders and light workers if their focus and teachings have been locked into specific practices and teachings. They will find that what once worked, no longer works.  This is because any spiritual practice or beliefs rigidly not allowed to evolve, will not resonate with the evolving consciousness of serious seekers.  As students move on and fewer are attracted, many a sincere spiritual teacher is left to wonder why and this question will become the teacher’s lesson.

Dogma, rigidity, and righteousness have no place in true spirituality for they represent stagnation–impossible within an omnipresent and infinitely unfolding Divine Consciousness.  Duality and separation beliefs cannot be carried into the new energy.

Work, play, beliefs, practices, and every spark of daily living is moving into new and higher expression.  Your job is stand back and allow, letting go of any attempts to figure it all out with the mind according outdated and often incorrect world beliefs.  A mind conditioned through many lifetimes with third dimensional beliefs needs time to reprogram.  This means allowing new awareness’s to integrate and become one’s state of consciousness while at the same time releasing everything recognized as old and finished.

The minute there is resistance to anything, an energy block is created.  We are not saying you must embrace every new idea of truth that presents itself, for always there must be discernment ( a facet of personal power).  Be alert to ideas and beliefs being hyped as “new” that are simply repackaged “old”.    It is imperative that without pre-judgment, you honestly examine in the light of your unfolding evolution, every concept and belief you hold as true or become newly aware of even if just to say; “Interesting”.

Non-resistance is much easier than fighting every idea that may be different from what you have always believed.  It is ego (the sense of separation from the whole), that does not want to admit it may of been incorrect about something.  Let that false sense of self dissolve into the nothingness that it is dear ones, for it is simply the belief you are a human being who must struggle for every bit of recognition or value.

Never become spiritual doormats, living in fear of expressing personal choices because of rigidly binding man made rules that define spirituality.

It is time for all choosing to proceed on a spiritual evolutionary journey to trust that there is a bigger picture unfolding and that you need not know everything about it.  Be open, allow, and let go without fear for you can only expand more and more–life is unending.

Trust that if you have chosen to evolve, you are doing it.  The “train leaves the station” with your intent.  You will be on your chosen path and always guided even when it seems as if nothing is happening. The do-ing part is complete for many of you.  It is time now for the Be-ing part, which may seem right now to be a doing nothing.

Throughout time, you have been programmed to believe that spiritual progress could only happen with spiritual “do-ing–reading, writing, healing, studying, taking classes, having energy sessions. This has always been the way for spiritual growth and learning and you did all these things sincerely and well.

We do not say you will never again be guided to some teacher, book or class.  However, know that it is now a NEW TIME–a time for greater selectivity, trust, and allowing.  A time now to listen,  rest in, live, and practice the truths you learned allowing yourselves to birth a new state of consciousness.

There is nothing to become, you already are.

Greetings once again dear ones.

We wish to explain that because so much is happening on the deeper levels,  you must be prepared for changes that will soon manifest on earth  in many areas.  Increasingly intense energies of transformation and clearing are bringing about physical,  emotional, mental, and spiritual change not only for individuals, but also for Gaia who is a living soul and not a piece of dirt.  This information is not given to cause fear, but simply to help you to understand that certain events are vital and necessary in order for mankind to evolve.  Know that always, those involved in earth events have  agreed on the deeper levels to be a part of the experience.

Never forget  that you are not simply flesh and blood bodies living on a physical planet.  The  time  is long past due for mankind to understand, accept responsibility, and correct the damage reaped upon Gaia  and all her life forms  in the name of greed.  As more and more people awaken, change is inevitable, but it often takes  a catastrophe or some devastating event for people to even question these things and the question is;   Is money worth the  continual destruction of life, including air and water?

As changes take place on earth,  learn to flow with them, not  resisting or struggling to keep the status quo in the belief that “The good old days” were better.

The United State is  celebrating a holiday of freedom at this time.  Do you truly understand freedom, or do you  continue to believe what you are told about how free you are?  Look around you dear ones, and observe how society has gradually allowed itself to be deprived of multiple freedoms under the guise of keeping you safe.   FEAR  is an effective means of control.  You need  these rules in order to be safe, don’t  you…?   It is a NEW TIME.

Question everything you have heretofore accepted without question in the belief that anyone in authority must know what is best for you.  You are at a point in your evolutionary journey at which you must  reclaim the power and trust you ignorantly gave away.  Start by learning to  trust your inner guidance and no longer acting as lemmings blindly following a just as blind leader over the cliff. It is  time for peoples of all countries to stop waving  flags and shouting:  “My country right or wrong, my country”.  It is time to move into a consciousness of the  Oneness of all people.   It is a NEW TIME.

As a result of many lifetimes lived in the third dimensional energy of duality and separation, a universal ignorance of oneness  became the consensus consciousness of mankind.   This sense of separation manifests outwardly as the haves and have not’s of the world–some with power, intelligence, and strength and some without.  This belief system continues today,  allowing those with the most money or strength to control everyone else.   Up to now most have simply accepted  this.  There are still many people who have need for rules and laws and someone to tell them how to live. but for all awakening souls,  it is a NEW TIME.

Pause and think before voting for the individual with the loudest voice  promising exactly what you want to hear.  Question, ponder, and most importantly, go within to experience the resonance of the state of consciousness of the candidate.  Feel their energy, listen to the spaces between the words, trusting your intuition to guide you. This is how you begin to reclaim your innate power and move past the hype and noise created by those who would be in power.

This will create a true democracy, which was the intention of the founding fathers for the United States.  The United States was founded on deep spiritual principles which over time  have been manipulated for personal agendas and allowed to deteriorate from their original high resonating focus.  When personal religious beliefs and narrow concepts are allowed to determine laws effecting all but  benefiting the few,  true freedom is lost and the ideals of a declaration of independence no longer exist.

Many still hold  ideas of war with pride.  We too honor those who selflessly sacrificed themselves because these brave souls  were living out from their highest sense of right.  Living out from your highest sense of right is all that is required of anyone.  This way of resolving issues  has been  the consciousness of the world in the past and now.    However, it is a NEW TIME.

There is a popular  saying; “Freedom is not free”.  Freedom IS free, it is the sense of separation and wars that act to prevent it.  Violence can never and will never bring peace.  They are two very separate energies.

You are ready to experience true freedom dear ones, the freedom that has been ever present as  your innate birthright and can  never be taken from  you for it is who you are.  However, freedom can only manifest from a state of consciousness that knows who and what it is–not who and what it has been told it is.

You are not meant  to live according to  the whims of corporations,  organized religions, and big government.  You ARE the corporations, religions, and government if you choose to be. This does not mean you must stand in the street shouting and protesting, for often this simply gives an issue more power, not less.  It does mean that silently, secretly, and quietly, you  begin to trust your ability to make your own choices regarding what you believe.  It means working for change–questioning, pondering, going within, and then taking whatever actions you may be guided to take which may simply be to send Light.  It means choosing not to limit yourselves to the “acceptable beliefs” of the third dimensional belief system.

Spirituality cannot be separated from daily living for it is one and the same but the world in general does not yet understand this.  God cannot be prayed to for victory of one group over another–there is only ONE.   Bring your highest level of spiritual awareness to every physical  emotional, and mental activity of daily living and you will find more awareness is given for you have opened the door.

Realize that true freedom can only be experienced personally and globally when there evolves a consciousness that all people and all living things are Divine and One within that Universal Consciousness many call God.

Freedom is your soul, your identity, the reality of you as spiritual beings.  You can never be separated from it unless you believe you can be.  It does not look that way because at this time the world is manifesting a gross  ignorance of this.  Freedom is  the essence of your very being and as this awareness becomes a global state of consciousness, it will manifest outwardly as the peace so many seek, while yet believing that war and separation will bring peace.

Celebrate the birth of your country dear ones, but never forget the real focus and intention that brought it into being. The event of independence that you celebrate on the 4th of July is not finished, but only represents the first layer of many evolutionary steps necessary for mankind to evolve into a consciousness of real freedom.

Dear ones, rapid change is taking place for many by choice as well as by need.  The path of evolution can  difficult  up to the point at which a spiritual transition takes place and truth becomes one’s state of consciousness and  begins to manifest at that level.  Much of what is being projected into world consciousness through the media, churches, government, etc., simply no longer resonates with many of you.   Long standing life styles and traditions often involving friends and/or family are beginning to  feel old and finished.

Some beliefs  are easily left behind and no one even notices, but frequently attempts toward personal change serve to activate a period of intense questioning, judgement, and criticism from family and friends. This may cause the awakening student to doubt or even return to what is familiar, but because he has evolved and is no longer resonating with the past, he will not stay in what is finished.

Confusion and doubt often occurs as an individual begins to receive and contemplate ideas of truth completely foreign to his present belief system.  As a once solid spiritual foundation begins to dissolve it  becomes extremely stressful for those holding structured religious beliefs.

Be not afraid dear ones, for there are no accidents at this point.  Know that you are always being guided, and are never alone. The Higher Self always brings forth what is needed when you are  ready. Learn to trust the process,  knowing that at this point  you are  right where you need to be, doing what you need to do, and doing a fine job of it.

Discouragement with its sense of failure are the manifestations of a consciousness filled with ” I should.  I need to.  There is only one right way.”–all facets of duality and separation.  It is time to cease the ever running inner dialog  of self criticism and judgement, allowing these beliefs to dissolve into the nothingness they are. There are no “shoulds” in higher dimensional energies, only love for every individual and their choices.

As spiritual students, you are at a point where you cannot evolve further until acknowledging  “self”.   Spiritual students the world throughout time and now have struggled to find and understand what  God is.  Many  gods and concepts  are the result, many still being accepted as the only truth.  Most of you have come to know and accept that the Divine is within,  your own true nature and real SELF.  However,  at the same time, many believe their humanity to be something separate in the belief that “self” is simply ego and must be eliminated.  The “self” is SELF, but in the human state is conditioned by concepts and beliefs of separateness.  The “self” cannot be left out.

An absence of self-love has been falsely considered to be humility, but it is not.  It is the manifestation of separation consciousness.  Humility is an awareness of who you are and where any gifts you may have,  flow from.

Many look back on their lives, believing that  past actions or even present ones make them unworthy of love and find it impossible to love the person they believe themselves to be.  This is because they hold false concepts of what love is.  Loving self means acknowledging, accepting, and loving not only the Divine within, but also that part of you that is still learning–the  part that has made many mistakes and often seems to be a failure.  It is a journey of bringing together the inner child and the Divine Self.

There can no longer be a dwelling on “sins” of the past for  this simply serves to cement  energies of the past, all of which are illusory.  Remember, a person can only live out from their highest state of attained consciousness.  The things you may of done long ago, are not what you would do today.

The inner child is a term used for the accumulated energy of an immature and unawakened state of consciousness carried with and added to,  lifetime after lifetime.

Inner child work can be a powerful tool in learning to  love  “self”.  Although this work is often considered  a psychological practice, it  actually goes much deeper.  The inner child is that innocent and trusting facet of you that has been rejected, disappointed, and hurt.  It is the unawakened you as a small child, your individuality in it’s most innocent state.  As the experiences of the third dimension began in every lifetime,  you only knew and thus accumulated  the cellular memories of a child’s defenses.

Most humans still carry some if not all the energy of wounds experienced in the child  consciousness along with the immature ways with which they attempted to address them.  As an adult, these  energies begin to manifest as the immature thoughts and actions that  pop up unexpectedly when you least expect them, usually in times of stress.  Most adults  usually ignore these feelings, not realizing that they are dismissing their inner child  as irrelevant and thus perpetuating the situation. This energy can only be cleared by you.  The child must be acknowledged, accepted, loved, guided, protected, etc. and it is time.

Honor what ever age your inner child may be at this time.  You will know through the types of inner dialogs you experience.  Speak gently to this part of yourself, telling it that from now on you are going to love and  protect it and  most importantly acknowledge it.   The inner child is the you who for no good  reason often feels hurt, angry, sad, or depressed and as an  immature child, afraid.   Be patient, knowing as with all children, the child is doing the best it knows at that moment and needs your support.

Many have  intellectual spiritual knowledge  (crown chakra), but until you embrace the whole of you acknowledging and accepting the child (heart chakra), there will  be struggles.  As you learn to accept,  listen to, support, and talk to this facet of your individuality without dismissing it as nothing,  it matures–first responding as a child, then an adolescent, and finally as an adult.  Finally you are able to, fully integrate this healed aspect and “self” becomes SELF.

Evolution on earth is a gradual  progression  toward remembering and accepting  the true identity of self and others through the experiences of many lifetimes lived in an energy of duality and separation while gradually evolving into a consciousness that learns from within instead of from without.  Know that regardless of appearances, in reality all is perfect, always has been, and always will be.

You have spent lifetimes trudging through a forest of dense and dark energy, trying to do your best every step of the way.  At a certain point you  began to see light filtering through the trees and  moved towards it, but after finally moving out and  into the bright light, you noticed that you had accumulated grass, sticks and all sorts of other debris along the way.  You are now in the process of discovering and removing the accumulated debris, some of which is deeply embedded.  This in turn will allow you for the first time to see yourselves and others clearly.

When truth  is new, there is often doubt and a desire to remain in what is  familiar.  However, once out of the forest and into the light, any glamour the old may still hold for you, soon disappears.    This is where most of you are now–a point at which you must cease looking  with  “forest vision”.  You have emerged from  the forest and must leave behind the ways of the forest.  You now have light which will allow you to discover an infinity of ever present beauty and perfection previously unknown.

There are no accidents at this point in your journey.  All experiences are opportunities to examine your belief system without judgement or criticism.  It is time move beyond any self loathing or  other beliefs  that may suggest you are “less than”.   You are ready to move beyond intellectual spiritual studies and into the  acceptance and  living of it. This means your spiritual journey must include honoring, appreciating, understanding, accepting, and loving  who you are–warts and all.

LOVE can never be governed by the standards of a society still enmeshed  in concepts of good and evil.  LOVE is  based in and flows out from  SELF.  Your awareness of this truth expands and grows with every unfoldment but  “self” cannot be excluded in the process.

Try to love the journey itself as well as all you meet along the way but most important is the knowing  of “self” to be SELF and that none  are more Divine than you in every moment.
