JJK: To what extent does my work as a medium affect my nervous system. What needs to be considered?

ERZENGEL RAPHAEL: Whoever is safe in the love of God and in the light of God owns everything. This describes the process of your work. Your question is aimed at a fact that needs to be taken into account. Because after receiving a message, your vibration is adapted again to your everyday consciousness and this is a burden for the nervous system. The solution is a good grounding, which means pursuing earthly activities, completing physical exercises, maintaining fulfilled human relationships, eating nutrient-rich foods, regularly unlinking from work as a medium.

JJK: Now it’s the case that I’ve been writing a lot for years – the first years every day, then every other day and now every third day. Is that too much?

ERZENGEL RAPHAEL: As long as you pay attention to your body and give it what it needs and avoid what harms it, you are and remain a finely tuned instrument.

JJK: That is, conscious nutrition, if necessary a change, and the conscious attention to what is good for my body, are essential to be able to do this work?

ERZENGEL RAPHAEL: It is essential that you keep mental and physical impurities as low as possible. You can solve and harmonize a lot with your consciousness, but some things need to be solved and healed at the body level.

JJK: Thick blood – why do I have that?

ERZENGEL RAPHAEL: This will also be solved and found. Your blood reflects your life. Mental, psychological and physical stress affect coagulation. As soon as you have found your lightness again, the blood also changes. It is a constantly changing process, which is why values often differ significantly from each other even in short survey periods. Be sure: No one and nothing in the world will prevent you from fully fulfilling your orders! Physical circumstances and worrying values are a snapshot and change.

Channel media at the limit?

JJK: The “channeling” therefore stresses the nervous system. Does my impression deceive me or is it true: It seems to me that many media are somehow nervously pretty much at the limit.

JJK: I have a question about the current situation on earth. There is war in Israel. May I ask you for a few words about this?

ERZENGEN RAPHAEL: The revelations are fulfilled, the prophecies are fulfilled, it is fulfilled that peace will reign among people when peace has been created in Jerusalem. The current discharges are intended to keep people worldwide trapped in the spiral of fear and uncertainty. Wars, unrest and upheavals shape the picture, if you look at the global political situation, but at the same time the consciousness of individual people increases.

Every injustice, every war, every crime against humanity leads to revenge or they awaken humanity. More and more people are choosing peace and justice without pleading for revenge. Human consciousness is changing like never before!
