Mel K presents a very compelling theory.

She believes that what is unfolding in the District of Columbia/Washington DC is a MILITARY OCCUPATION of enemies foreign and domestic – and it was outlined in a Cue drop.

Watch the video particularly from 12′ 50″…

The Cue drop in question features what Anons always believed were three dates – 11:3, 11:4 and 11:6.

Mel K – and other Anons – now believe that these are article numbers from the Department of Defence ‘Law of War’ manual. These articles pertain to circumstances where military can occupy a foreign power. In this case, the foreign power is The District of Columbia.

It is important to remember that the District of Columbia is NOT part of America. It is a private corporation ‘owned’ by the Rothschild bankers and the Chinese Communist Party. The other two [D]eep [S]tate Districts are Vatican City and the District of London (not the city).

Mel believes that the military occupation in the District of Columbia is supporting a Continuity of Government at the White House. In other words, President Trump steps away and allows the military to take over while arrests are taking place. Mel believes that it is FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) that is in control, alongside the military.

It is now estimated there are 65,000 – 100,000 troops in the District of Columbia. To put it into perspective, that massive number of troops has occupied a tiny ten square mile area. It is mind-blowing.

As Mel says, ‘ This is the greatest military operation ever known to man’.

Mel urges us to do our own research – don’t just take her word for it. However, I can attest to the credibility of her theory. The Cue drops back it completely. ‘Future proves the past’.

There is a strong chance we will awaken tomorrow to a changed world. If not tomorrow, very soon.
