When your ideas and blockages that block your access are dissolved, your heart can unfold its full power. The more you free your energy bodies from “energetic rubbish”, such as blockages and no longer necessary patterns, the more direct, clearer and fulfilling your access to your heart is.

The term “TO BE HEARTY” applies exactly to what it is about: to get into your BEING. This path always leads over your heart.

So you not only have a physical heart that beats in your chest, but also subtle hearts, so that every expression of your being can be nourished from this power.

Any therapy that only works on the symptoms is absolutely worthless! There is only new frustration – or new anesthesia, it’s like a calming.

Every process that is not focused on your whole being and above all on regaining the power of your heart is just another contribution to keeping yourself away from your true, loving essence.

Your heart is the central issue, any irritation in this regard brings discomfort or pain. Constant irritation causes illness, agonizing restlessness, insecurity and lovelessness.

The heart is the key to all the problems that are currently so massively ensing the earth. Where does your heart call for you? You hardly hear it, because there are still obstacles built up before that! Where is your pain lurking, where have you not dared to look so far? What global pain has not yet been released in you? Is xenophobia just an issue for the others? Are the social rank, fame and power, envy, anger, jealousy, hatred and greed only an issue for the others?

All your conflicts are built on these feelings! Be brave and turn to your inner world, your “history”, created by many, many lives. Observe the outside, but always look inward – be attentive and use the light!

“Please, and it’s given to you!”

This is not a “nice” formula, but the only true and eternal reality. Claim the light, call it – and immediately it will unfold its effect. Call the light, and you will be led to your recognition.

People will enter your environment who will accompany you. Especially the first steps back into your heart are important. You will get back into your trust and gradually get rid of all fear. You have to change, transform, be reborn to shine in all your beauty for your fellow human beings.

Therefore, trust in the light and the divine grace!
