“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have ignited a flame that now burns within each of you, and we are excited to see what you will do with this passion and excitement that we have activated within you. We know that you are all excited about accessing your fifth dimensional abilities, about becoming your higher selves, and about being who you were always destined to become in this lifetime.
We also know that when you connect to our energy through these transmissions, you get a taste of the higher dimensional energy that you have come from. You were all originally twelfth dimensional beings in this universe, and you moved down through the dimensions to bring yourself all the way down to the first. And now you are rising up, and you have already made it to the fourth.
And so, when you connect with us, you feel a part of yourselves getting activated. Because even though you are no longer ninth dimensional beings, you certainly have been right where we are, which is not so much a place as it is a frequency range.
What we are saying to you is that you have your ninth dimensional self inside of you, just have you have your tenth, eleventh, and twelfth dimensional selves inside of you. You are not just integrating your past lives in the third dimension. You are integrating all aspects of who you are, and that is a very good thing.
When you realize that you are not there on planet Earth because of some flaw, and that you are not working your way up the dimensional ladder because of a need to prove yourselves as worthy, that’s when you can start to tap in to all of these higher dimensional aspects that are waiting to reassemble the true you, the total you, the you that knows who you really are and maintains that knowing at all times.
