I, Maria Magdalena, would like to talk to you about something today. Many of you are worried about the future, both for your own sake and that of your children. You see them growing up in a completely different world than the one you grew up in. Technology has advanced so much that it has become a large part of their world. It can provide a lot of knowledge and experience in very different areas, but it can also lead to a certain isolation. The open, real contact with people, animals and nature can be a bit neglected for many young people today. Face-to-face social interaction is important, as is practicing the theoretical knowledge that you may have now achieved. Theory and practice go hand in hand. What you understand theoretically, you need to do practically to see if the theory holds up. There may be a few adjustments here and there.
The fast flow that is today means that many people lose themselves. They are always on the go and have difficulty sitting still with just themselves. It can be a challenge to just stand in line or wait for something. You pick up something to do because you can’t handle just being … There is a risk of losing yourself in this time if you don’t consciously seek something deeper or a greater meaning to life. Something that is beyond what the world is currently showing.
This awakening happens in different ways. It can be external circumstances in your life that force you to take a step back and reevaluate everything you have previously stood for. It can also be internal experiences that make you seek different answers than the ones you normally get. You may also have been on a path from the beginning that slowly led you to a spiritual awakening. You may have met people who have inspired you to find out more about that particular subject. One thing has led to the other, you meet what you need on your path, to develop further from where you are right now.
The world is a part of you and it develops at the same pace as you. It may also mean that developments look a little different in different parts of the world. However, there are many people who work for peace, there are also countries that work for lasting peace. You will achieve your goal, dear friends, the horizon is brightening and more people are raising their voices so that peace on Earth can be achieved. It is not least your children and young people who will pave the way for that. There are many young people who refuse to participate in war, they cannot see any point in exposing themselves to it. They have seen through technology where it has led and understood the pointlessness of it. They are in favor of diplomatic relations and that a sensible dialogue is conducted between the parties by a neutral mediator. Even young people can have old souls, so they can very well understand where war leads and that everyone is a loser in a war. There may be some who profit from the war materials, but in principle it is only a great deal of suffering for all parties. As you know, suffering can provide an experience that awakens a desire for change and greater compassion can be gained for the suffering of other people. This development has intensified on Earth during the last century. Many people distance themselves from war and find it difficult to see other people suffer. But just as there are people who work for human rights, there are also people who work for animal rights. They see that animals can also suffer, they also have feelings. Everything you do to help people and animals to a better life is grateful today. These are the building blocks of the new era and it is you who are laying them with compassion and care for each other. This is the change that is taking place, it is you who, with compassion and commitment, help each other to a better life and later a better world.
