| My dear friends, we love you so very much, We are touched and inspired by your beautiful hearts. So many of you desire greater connection with your Source. So many of you are striving to live in love. So many of you, whether you know it or not, are actively helping to create a kinder, more loving world. Your presence matters. Your heart matters. Your love matters. You are doing so much so well, yet you run into challenges when you criticize yourselves, push yourselves, or feel you are not enough. While we are trying to guide you in grace, these energies of self-deprecation are “static on the line,” preventing you from hearing your guidance. If you are hard on yourselves, then life may match that vibration and be hard on you as well. The solution is easier than you might think. Be kind to yourselves. Know you are enough. Acknowledge the good that you do. Dear lightworkers, it is easy to get frustrated when you witness so much turmoil and dissension. You all wish you could do more for the earth, humanity, and others in your life, and yet, from our perspective, you make significant contributions to the peace, love, and harmony on your planet every single day. You may have made a significant contribution to the life of the impatient driver who needed to get into the lane in front of you in traffic today. Perhaps you made a small donation to charity last year. You’ll never know the satisfaction of a good meal that your dollars provided to someone who doesn’t take meals for granted, or the relief of someone receiving assistance after a disaster. You’ll never see the effects of your prayers or good wishes, but they matter. When you pray, you use your free will to invite more love and assistance onto your planet. You may have made a significant contribution to world peace when you decided not to argue with an angry person. Dear ones, in every moment, you contribute to the good of the whole. You did not come to earth intending to solve every problem, or even save or fix another soul. You came to love, create, inspire, and possibly influence others with your own loving energy, but you were never responsible for changing another’s vibration. Your love is sufficient. Your kindness is more than enough. Your unwillingness to lower yourself even when others do is a mighty force of truth. Your heartfelt deeds soothe others’ hearts. Your authentic contributions lift those who receive them. But dear ones, do what you do because it is in you to do it, and know that this is enough. If you did nothing but sit on your couch in peace, dear friends, you would still be contributing to the peace of the planet. Even if you lived in anger and frustration—while you would not have an enjoyable experience of life—you would be generating the fertilizer from which others could choose to grow! You cannot avoid contributing to the field, no matter how you choose to live, so you can put that question aside, and rather ask yourself, “How do I want to live? What do I enjoy? How would I like to feel?” Your cross-stitching might be your form of meditation. Walking your beloved dog might be the excuse to share a little kindness with strangers. Working on your car or your home might help contribute to the vibration of order and beauty on earth. Some of your contributions to life are visible, some invisible, but they are equal, and all have value. Make peace with that. You are enough. You always have been, no matter who, in your human life, knew it or not. Feeling not good enough can often lead to feeling guilty for not spending more time on your spiritual practices. And while we fully support you engaging in whatever makes you feel your innate connection to the Divine, we cannot ever see you as deficient or disconnected, regardless of what you do or don’t do. Whether that is meditation, prayer, or services, many of you feel you fall short in this regard. You do not. You cannot ever be disconnected from the Divine. And you can experience this connection in what you consider to be the mystical or the mundane! Everything is a spiritual practice. Everything has value. Every moment offers incredible possibility for experiencing your connection to the Divine and your intrinsic value. Love is interacting with love in all its myriad and miraculous forms. You are made of this Love. So is everything else. Whether you meditate, brush your teeth, wash your hands, do the dishes, or take out the trash, the Divine is interacting with the Divine. All of life is spiritual. And so the question changes from “Can I make more time for a spiritual practice?” to “Can I allow my spirit to find the love in every moment? Can I bring this love to the surface? Can I seek it and see it, while living my daily life?” Immersing yourself in as much love as you can in the moment is the greatest spiritual practice of all. You can do this in meditation, or while driving to work with rapt appreciation for your car and the brilliant radio show host. You can do this in church/temple/synagogue in prayer, or while feeling the bliss and purity of your dog’s love. When done with love all these things are equally valuable. All things are equally spiritual. That is hard for humanity to hear, but we will say this time and again: The love with which you do something is even more important than what you are doing. Your masters have shared this. We have shared it. And yet it is difficult to embrace the fact that vibrationally anything done with love is an act of spiritual service, spiritual connection, and spiritual practice. So, our final word here to you is, “lighten up!” Literally. Stop arguing about your unworthiness and your so-called shortcomings. Start embracing your value, your intrinsic worth as nothing less than a projection of the consciousness that loves beyond measure, creates worlds, and experiences life with you however you choose to live it. Stop worrying about your spiritual practice and practice your spirituality—your love—whenever and wherever you can. Never do you fall short in our eyes. Never have you ever been unworthy of love. You are, as you know, spiritual beings having a human experience. You are, and always have been, enough. You are, and always have been, spiritual. Relax, dear friends, and allow yourselves to enjoy your lives more, see and seek the love that is there, and watch as more love unfolds in your life. God Bless You! We love you so very much. |
