My dear friends, we love you so very much, You exist in a beautiful vibrational dance upon your planet earth. You are drawn to those people and circumstances to which your energy is attuned. Your energy consists of all you think, feel, and believe – both consciously and unconsciously. You are drawn to what you love, and to a weaker extent, towards that which you fear. You are drawn to […]

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Being human is a beautiful experience when you realize you can take charge of your inner world. Being human can be a very difficult experience when you feel disconnected from the Divine, and seek to control your outer world. In this scenario, happiness is a temporary experience, dependent upon the cooperation of more than seven billion other souls with whom you

My dear friends, we love you so very much, It is not Armageddon. You are not facing the end of the world. There is never a time on earth when you are being punished, nor is earth “mad” at you. The fires, floods, earthquakes, solar flares, and other natural phenomena do not signify the “end times” but rather opportunity for new beginnings. It is a time in which you are

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Each and every one of you is a a magnificent creator. At every moment you are creating – both consciously and unconsciously. In every second that you are upon the earth, you have the opportunity to move forward into greater awareness or to fall back into unconscious patterns. With every breath you can consciously choose a more loving reality or unconsciously

My dear friends, we love you so very much, There are standards for perfection on your planet earth that have plagued humanity since the dawn of time. You feel successful if your life looks the way society thinks it should, and not when it doesn’t. You feel beautiful if you match some capricious “wrinkle-free” image. You feel good about yourself when acknowledged and loved by others, less so when abandoned

My dear friends, we love you so very much, We know that so many of you are deeply disturbed by the violence you witness in the world. Certainly we would wish for each and every one of you a kind and loving experience in your lives, and peace in your hearts even when the world is not loving. “How can this happen,” so many of you are crying unto the

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Your lives were meant to be a joyful co-creative dance with the Divine and with one another. “So what has happened upon your earth?” you ask us. Why is life so challenging? Let us tell you a little fairy tale  – a story of how you came to exist… Once upon a endless now the Source imagined a beautiful soul and

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Take a moment right now. Imagine for a moment that you have a shell around your body. Imagine this shell is made of any beliefs or circumstances that have convinced you that you are unloved or unworthy of love. Imagine it is made of all the harsh and unkind words you’ve heard, all the self-criticisms you’ve ever spoken, all the protection

My dear friends, we love you so very much, There is, within your hearts, a tiny spot that you can think of as a doorway to the universe. You call this your “spark of the Divine” but in reality you are all “sparks of the Divine.” There is nothing outside of Divine love.  Nonetheless, you experience yourselves in a physical reality. You experience yourselves as separate. Although you expand into universes

My dear friends, we love you so very much, For eons your planet earth has seen the coming and going of civilizations. It has seen the cycles of warmth and cold, cycles of oceans receding and growing larger. In very much the same way that the classes repeat year after year in a school, even though the students change and grow, your earth offers many lessons over and over for

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Never in your life are you without purpose. While there is great value in “seeking your purpose” know that your real purpose here on earth is to see love, be love, and express the love that sources you in each breath. It really is that simple. In the moments you are doing this, you will feel that your life is joyful,

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Change, dear ones, is inevitable, and it is also a great gift to you. Can you imagine if everything remained stagnant upon your earth? Even if you found yourselves in the best of times, you would eventually get bored. Thankfully, when you find yourself in difficult times, as your saying goes, “This too shall pass.” Even your bodies are temporary. Nothing

My dear friends, we love you so very much, You are all looking at one another through the windows of your own perspectives. You are all simply trying to figure out who you are in the mirrors of life. “What part of the Divine puzzle am I,” you ask. You learn the answer, in part, by observing others and learning what resonates and what does not. You have the power

My dear friends, we love you so very much, At the root of every single desire you have on earth is the desire to feel better. Beneath that, you will find the desire to receive, embody, and express love. You are nothing less. You want to be your deepest, truest self. You want to enjoy an abundant, expressed life, harmonious relationships, and so much more! However, when you want something,

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Imagine you are standing in a pool with the rest of humanity. Imagine your energy causes waves in the pool. There will be some souls jumping in, loving the adventure and stirring things up, creating life and movement. Others will be panicked, flailing about and looking for someone to cling to. Some will be standing in stillness. Others will be gently

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Worry is an unnatural emotion. It is born from feelings of disappointment, abandonment, lack, victimization, and helplessness. It is what humans beings have been trained to do and feel when they don’t know what to do and feel. It give the appearance of caring, when in reality it masks true care. It allows you to focus on being helpless rather than

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Today we’d like to speak to you about money. You love it. You hate it. You give it power over your days as you try to acquire it. You worry about it, wonder if you’ll have enough of it, and want more of it. You spend it, give it away, save it, and sacrifice countless hours of your precious life for

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Take a breath in. Hold it inside of you. Then relax and allow it to flow out naturally. You have just inhaled all of life. You have allowed your body to take in helpful frequencies and, as you exhaled, released all unnecessary frequencies. You didn’t have to figure out the process of breathing, distributing oxygen into your bloodstream or eliminating toxins.

Life on earth is a mirror in which you look to see both your truth and your illusions. When you see beauty, goodness, grace, and inspiration you see truth. When you see violence, unkindness, untruths, etc. you see the illusions. If something is in front of you in the “outside world” and it creates an emotional charge, it is beckoning you to look within. For example, say you see a

My dear friends, we love you so very much, It is a time of great change upon your planet earth. For years, many existed in stagnation or apathy. Now there is great movement! Almost everyone is bringing their hearts to the surface. More and more people are sharing their opinions – some beautifully and lovingly and some not as kindly. Those who try to avoid their feelings are becoming a
