I have escaped from the meetings and can tell you that the first historical bond payments made it out today.
Difficult to communicate from here.
Now that they have finally started the bond side, we should see reciprocal release on the currency side. Despite many political reasons discussed to delay until after inauguration, I also heard more about a release to match the bonds sometime in the next two days.
I will try to break away and answer questions as soon as possible. Quite difficult when involved.
I am very hopeful.
