The world is taking a lot of energy from you now, dear friends, it is restless everywhere in your world and you need to replenish your energy, to cope with the pace at which all the changes physically and mentally affect you. It happens because of all the different energies swirling around the Earth today.

Many of the energies that you encounter daily drain you of energy if you do not keep a certain space between you and the energy that you encounter. This means that you need to be neutral to everything that happens around you, you can be sensitive, listen but not necessarily act if you don’t immediately feel that it is good for the other person or yourselves.

It is often the case, dear friends, that you have to come to your own understanding of what is best to do, the opinions of others often fall flat to the ground, if you do not have the experience and understanding to receive them. It should then only be corrected if it is necessary for someone else’s good and bad including yourself.

You need to keep a space between yourselves and what is happening outside of you in order not to completely drain yourself of energy that you have built up or are trying to build up to make your own life work as optimally as possible. Feel free to be a good listener and give advice to those who ask for it, feel free to have compassion and understanding for those who are going through something difficult in their life, but don’t confuse your energy or your feelings and thoughts with theirs. They also need to be in their own energy and take care of it, they just need someone to temporarily lean on who is stronger than them and can stand in their own energy.

That’s when you give the best support to someone who needs it. It is when you can keep a space between you and another person who is going through a crisis in their life and is carrying frustration, sadness or anger about what has happened, it is enough that there is someone there who listens, accepts what is said without commenting or placing any values in it.
