I am Ishvara and it is a special time for you here on Earth now. Your bodies are undergoing a metamorphosis from a chrysalis to a butterfly. How you experience it may be a little different depending on how much you integrate the higher energy that has now opened up to Earth and all its inhabitants. Some may experience a certain tumult within themselves on some days and a greater calm and harmony on other days. Some do not experience as much but it still affects their bodies in a noticeable way. The truly observant can see what is happening to each of you even if it happens to be subtle. Humanity is on the way to adapting to a brighter and lighter energy. It is happening now and people sometimes feel that they do not belong with their bodies. It is like it is limping a little between the light and the dark or the light and the heavy. It takes a little time for the body to assimilate to a higher vibration. If the mind is light and light, the body feels less heavy. On days when you feel a certain heaviness, each step can feel like a challenge. This is a time that passes, but it requires some thought and some quiet reflection on what comes up within yourself in terms of your thoughts and feelings. It is work that many of you have been doing for a long time and you feel that should be enough for now. However, you may still be surprised by what comes up, even if it may be more subtle.
You are all in a constant evolution and you are only coming to higher and higher heights. New understanding and a new vision are gradually revealed as the veil before your eyes becomes thinner and lighter. You are now receiving much help to find the core and balance within you, but you still have free will of how many steps and how far you want to go in this life. You have a life plan that you are working towards and are getting help with from the spiritual side, but your free will allows you to under or overstep it according to a certain standard. It depends on the development you are in. At a higher level, the lighter energy allows you to move forward faster, and at a lower level, you may be held back by the heavier energy. It is more difficult to find solutions when you are in a negative state than if you are balanced and positively oriented to what is happening. It goes without saying, but the difficulty lies in the fact that you need to practice observing and taking command of your feelings and thoughts. This in turn means that you need to break an unconscious state into a conscious one. It may take time, dear friends, it is a great work that humanity has now taken on and they are helped by the rays of light that open up for a higher consciousness on Earth. We can see how your auras shine brighter and you can see that people become more aware and begin to take hold of different things in their lives or in your world.
Time goes by quickly, dear ones, there are many who now sigh over the speed of time. You do not have time for yourself or what is happening in the world. You are busy getting your own life together and it is completely understandable and legitimate to prioritize that first. As I said, you can’t do much if you yourself are not in balance. You are doing a great job with just yourself. Be proud of yourself and the work you do. The work you put into yourself you are also doing for others, who can free ride on your experience and knowledge. However, each one must find their own path and gain the experience and knowledge needed to reach a higher step in their development. It is the compassion that lies behind the experiences that change and open up for greater love in your life. However, you have a lot of experience at this point and can open up your heart at any time, take command of your thoughts and feelings and then take a quantum leap into the new era of love and light.
