I am Maria Magdalena and today I want to remind you of the importance of listening to yourself and your body.
The body does a great job of trying to shelter all the energies that now flow through you, depending on how much you yourself let in.
You affect the body and the body affects you. If you have taken good care of your body and it is healthy and strong, it can more easily accumulate the energies that are now coming in and raise the energy level in both body and soul.
If the body is sluggish and has a lot of toxins and other garbage in it, at the same time as your awareness becomes higher and a new understanding of life increased on your soul level, there can be major cleansings in your body that make you tired and exhausted.
Old wounds can come back that were never really healed, but they only last for a short time and go away faster if you give the body what it needs right now in terms of love and the right treatment.
Yes, it works today for many people in different ways in body and soul. It is important that you listen to yourselves in order to receive the advice and the power and energy that you need right now to continue your development towards a higher goal of compassion and love, the energy of love, which right now shines brightly on Earth.
It affects everyone, but it varies from individual to individual how it is received, depending on where you are in your own awareness. Note that here the awareness can also vary and the body can have a hard time adapting to the higher awareness, which you have now integrated into your heart and soul.
It may make you doubt your own abilities, but trust that you are on the right path, and you and your body will soon be in balance with each other. The body is amazingly good at healing itself if you only have trust and confidence in its ability.
Mother Earth knows her creations and knows exactly how best to heal what needs healing. Ask Mother Earth for help and she is immediately helpful in giving you what is now needed for the body to heal and get the strength and energy it needs right now.
TRUST is something that needs to be with you now. Confidence affects the emotions that affect the body and great wonders can happen. You will get the help you need if you look up a little and see the opportunities that come your way.
An alternative way of walking, a new gentle treatment or some other experience that you need right now, to take the next step up the stairs to a higher awareness of love and light.
Your gifts are already there, they are opened as you are ready and mature to take care of them and use them in the way they are meant to be used.
Earth is also increasing her awareness and is now releasing some darkness to balance her increased awareness into her large body. On this outer plane are you, beloved brothers and sisters, sharing Mother Earth’s efforts to balance body and soul. You influence each other and your cleansing also becomes Mother Earth’s cleansing and vice versa.
There is a lot happening on Earth today, it is intensive work on all possible different levels, it can therefore feel like you are riding a roller coaster at times. It goes up and down in both mood, power and energy.
Hope and enthusiasm can turn into discouragement and a sense of hopelessness and then quickly shift in another direction. There is much that you are currently learning to master, in terms of your thoughts and feelings, but have faith, dear friends, you are making great progress and you are known for not giving up.
New attempts bring new insights and a greater understanding of yourself and others who are on the same path as you. Soon you will be standing there with clear thoughts and with harmony and love in body, heart and soul. A beautiful vista spreads before you and you joyfully enter your new reality of light and love.
There is no longer any darkness that can affect you, you have a completely different ability to control your life now, in a deeper and more spiritual way.
See the goal before you, dear brothers and sisters, put one foot in front of the other and have faith in yourselves and the power that lives within you.
I love you and see your great capacity of love and power that you have within you. In light and love we watch over you and you receive the help and support you ask for to awaken your inner source of light and love.
