Session with Plato for Sananda
Channeled by Jacquelyn Fox (J)
Plato is speaking:
“Rowing oars in life provide one with movement through physical expanses of water. In the vested opening of Light into life, the mode of movement is Hope. When one loses hope in one’s highlighted destiny, one is left adrift in life. Losing hope ties one to the random currents of life, while holding tightly to hope opens Light’s influence and issues direction. Much in life is preordained by one’s soul plan. Manifestations of Light gush forth into life in great waves when one steers themselves with hope. Luck in one’s home life and practical matters seems to magically open. Lucky, novel occurrences seem to magically manifest. A very common illustration of hope creating one’s luck in life is often money influx. Money is simply energy, nothing more, and energy flows in the direction of one’s thoughts in life. Letting go of hope impedes this flow of energy. It allows negative thoughts to grab hold of the steering wheel and control the illustrations of Light that manifest into life. No issued illustration reveals its source of creation as greatly or as nimbly as one’s money flow. Lack of hope steers the flow of money away from one’s life experience, while holding on to hope and ignoring hobbling thoughts opens the floodgates of money energy. It cannot be overstated how important hope is in life. Light opens into life in the presence of hope. It influences the direction of one’s primary life path and opens experiences in accordance with its influence. Just as hope issues luck in life, lack of hope can issue misfortune. Modern life can fall quite short in issuing ideas that are in alignment with hope. Much of the ideas promoted in modern life challenge hope. Illustrations of fear, greed and the questionable opening of high stress ideas about life all originated in simple lost hope. Living with illustrations of such low energy ideas in one’s life can set one up for failure in living one’s true destiny.
J’s hope can become muffled by the gripping negative thoughts of ghosts that hover nearby her. This is a common issue with minds that are highly open to spirit energy. Just as in standing in a noisy crowd of people, many conversations compete for one’s attention and many shoddy ideas are strongly expressed. Ghosts tend not to issue ideas of hope. Instead, they moan about bad luck, suffering and need. Receiving such nominal ideas into one’s mind is often the experience of those in life who are flowing in their gifted mode of hugging Light. (Meaning those who live life strongly connected to the spirit world.) Their luck increases when they issue hopeful thoughts and push away those thoughts that are influenced by hovering ghosts, but luck deserts them when they hold alignment with these nominal ideas. J’s life-luck follows this path, as it does with everyone who thinks in alignment with these lower frequency ideas.
Questionable, nominal rumblings from ghosts who flow in the astral plane also influence one’s hope in the dream state. Logging unpleasant or frightening dreams, even ones that are hidden from one’s conscious memory, can influence one’s luck just as much as one’s waking thoughts. It is therefore important that one does not neglect one’s dream quality. Joining with one’s home frequency affects one’s experiences in the dream state.”
J: “Could you explain what you mean by “home frequency?”
Plato: “By home frequency, I mean the level of Light that one’s frequency equals when one is living as a spirit in Light. Remember, there are many levels of Light. In Light, J’s primary frequency is Light-level five. I reside in that level primarily as well. My connection to J is relatively strong because of this. Logging my lessons from Light is much easier for her than would be logging information from a mind flowing in a different frequency. J’s gift promotes issued ideas from her home frequency. Logging right-minded ideas from level five comes easily for her. However, in her dream state she often flows in lower levels of Light in which lower quality ideas are numerous. I know many of you experienced this as well. So, how does one improve the quality of one’s dreams and therefore improve the quality of one’s unconscious beliefs? I suggest ingraining illustrations of Light into one’s mind before sleep. The mode of this process does not matter. Mind-training can be accomplished in various ways. Foregoing highly stimulating entertainment before sleep is one. Another is subliminal suggestions and meditation. Opening one’s home frequency during sleep is likely to improve one’s mood and the quality of one’s thoughts. Now and then, J does visit her home in Light during sleep. I stand in those dreams as her jolly friend and right-minded advisor, issuing happiness and wisdom to her. Light flows from her home into her open, unconscious mind, quietly lifting her mind in frequency.
I urge you to question limited dream quality as you would question lower quality thoughts in your waking life. Change your lower quality dream experiences into inspirational, healing ones through intention and practice. Practice is highly underrated in connecting to Light, I believe. Light gifts are gifts, yes, they are also skills requiring much practice to develop fully. To not develop your gifts fully questions your life purpose. Aligning with one’s soul purpose opens Light and luck into one’s life. So, go now all of you and strengthen your Light gifts, and mind your waking thoughts and dream quality. Hope will soon increase and that will turn nominal luck into very positive luck. It is a quite simple process. I should qualify that by saying it is a simple process, but not without the need for effort. Manifesting positive change in life requires effort, as do all things of value. Luck requires one’s conscious participation in creating it. With that I will end off and wish you all a happy and hopeful day.”

Glossary of common terms and their meanings:
Energy Flow – Another term for aura.
Light – This term is used in multiple ways. Often it is used to describe the existence beyond physical life, commonly referred to as “Heaven” or the afterlife. They also use it to describe spiritual energy or consciousness, the energy that makes up everything that exists. They also use it to describe a state of positive, enlightened existence in alignment with God. They also tend to use it as a name for the collective enlightened consciousness, the guides, teachers and masters in spirit who reach out to us.
Long-in-Light – Is another way of saying “enlightened” or possessing a great deal of spiritual Light. It can also be used to describe one who has existed in spirit for a long time, an “old soul.”
Night-Light – They use this term to describe anything, living or in spirit, that is not in alignment with God. It is the illusion of separation from God. “Night-Light spirits” are spirits still under the illusion that they are separate from God. They are not aligned with the peace and happiness of Light yet and are in need of healing. It is also a common term for the lower frequency levels of Light, like the Astral plane.
Light Pondering – Light pondering is the quieting of the mind to allow ideas of spirit to enter, through meditation, divination or dream work.
Light Minds – Light minds in life are those people living who have a mind-connection to spirit and spiritual truth: mediums, intuitives and other Lightworkers. Light minds can also be those enlightened minds in spirit. They are aligned with Light, not night-Light.
Loitering Spirits – Spirits in a state of night-Light who are attracted to the energy of the living.
Logging – A term that describes the pinning of intention to effect change in one’s experience. Logging, in teaching vernacular, is the sending of intention toward a goal.
