Session with Plato for Sananda

Note from J: This particular topic is directed mainly towards Lightworkers, psychics & mediums who work with spirit directly to give readings or do channeling, but even if you are not doing any of those things, you may find the advice interesting. Enjoy!
Plato is speaking:
“Greetings, Light students. I will speak today about maintaining a higher frequency in the midst of life’s lower frequency influences. I willingly concede that such a task is not an easy one. Kicking out lower frequency influences in life requires diligence and commitment. Lofty higher frequency voices are powerful in their messages, they are in alignment with God in Light. Lower frequency voices are often mundane in their topics. In Light, dear gifts of wisdom can be found pondering issues of a higher frequency, but mundane information can also be found in Light. Each level of Light elevates ideas. Honing, or focusing in on, a certain frequency will yield discussions of that frequency.
Hugging frequencies of Light is what Light-gifted individuals do when they channel. It is entirely up to the channeler which frequency they choose. Filtering out incoming messages from unwanted frequencies is a nimble skill in life and much practice must be devoted to develop this skill. Nodding voices at every level are eager to discuss topics that are important to them. If a channeler is agreeable, then discussion flows. If, however, a determined lower frequency voice decides to intrude upon a higher frequency discussion, potential misinformation can flow into that discussion. My voice is strongly connected to J’s mind so intrusions are minimal, but J’s connection to other minds in Light is not as solid, and so intrusions do enter into some of those discussions, which causes great frustration in J. Receiving plural voices is the number one cause of mistakes in readings. Holding a frequency of Light and honing in on it solidly is a skill in life that requires much dedication to perfect.
Many of J’s discussions with Light offer great insights and information but a few slide into lower frequency territory and become an exercise in frustration. I suspect that many of you have encountered similar issues in your Light discussions. Quite a number of Light students give up pondering in Light because of this issue. I want an open Light Flow for you all and so I will offer my suggestions now on how to achieve that.
Many things can affect one’s open mind in Light. (Open mind in Light is one’s intuitive or psychic mind.) One’s home is of great importance in staying in alignment with higher frequencies. Living in a well-insulated space with adequate physical comforts is helpful of course, but more important is the home’s illustration of higher frequency energy. Meaning, does the home offer higher frequency vibrations or lower ones? One can actually feel the vibrational frequency of a home. Does it feel elevating or depressing? Older homes often carry the energies of previous occupants. Homes situated on energy lines often illustrate the energy of the ghosts that flow along those lines. Home choice is important if you are a Lightworker. Choose a home that speaks to you with the Light energy you wish to connect with. If that is not possible, then clearing the home of lower energies must be done.
Moving on, grifters (grifters means deceivers) in Light can be a great limitation to those who ponder in Light. I sense that it is a problem for many in life who enter into Lightwork and work with spirit. It is an issue as old as time. Many minds in search of Truth have been deceived by lower frequency voices masquerading as great minds in Light. It requires honest, open discussion now about how the stirring up of such voices occurs. In the wringing of information from Light, one must line one’s frequency up with the frequency of the Light voices one wishes to open discussion with. If one’s frequency lines up with lower frequency voices, one will receive dubious information. Holding frequency is a challenge in life, so many in life gravitate toward lower frequency Light voices. Nominal information is then delivered to them in their ponderings, which they then elevate to others as Truth. Messages of dubious quality appear in the texts of many great religions. Loitering spirits of lower frequencies offered this information with the intent to deceive and were successful in their goals. The loggings of those grifters have influenced humanity for thousands of years. I do not want any of my students to be deceived in such a way and so I offer this advice. Maintaining a high frequency vibration is essential in Lightwork. It is what bends your open minds in Light towards Truth. To maintain a high frequency, one must issue a strong refusal in life to influences that deliver low frequency energy. I speak of friends and kin in life who issue low energy to you daily, ignorant issuers of influence who peddle low energy entertainment, and voices who act to minimize hope. These influences are great welcomers of low frequency Light. Avoid or minimize all of these influences when you can. It is not easy. Vigilance and diligence are needed, but Lightwork is a calling not a hobby. I hope all of you reading this in life choose your calling over life’s difficulties. I understand its hold on you, as I have lived many lives and in those lives I have experienced all these difficulties as well. I understand J’s nimbly issued complaints about her pondering challenges and I have offered this lesson to her as well as all of you. I hope that J vets her life influences better and remains steadfast in her dedication to high-frequency pondering. Glossary of common terms and their meanings:
Energy Flow – Another term for aura.
Light – This term is used in multiple ways. Often it is used to describe the existence beyond physical life, commonly referred to as “Heaven” or the afterlife. They also use it to describe spiritual energy or consciousness, the energy that makes up everything that exists. They also use it to describe a state of positive, enlightened existence in alignment with God. They also tend to use it as a name for the collective enlightened consciousness, the guides, teachers and masters in spirit who reach out to us.
Long-in-Light – Is another way of saying “enlightened” or possessing a great deal of spiritual Light. It can also be used to describe one who has existed in spirit for a long time, an “old soul.”
Night-Light – They use this term to describe anything, living or in spirit, that is not in alignment with God. It is the illusion of separation from God. “Night-Light spirits” are spirits still under the illusion that they are separate from God. They are not aligned with the peace and happiness of Light yet and are in need of healing.
Light Pondering – Light pondering is the quieting of the mind to allow ideas of spirit to enter, through meditation, divination or dream work.
Light Minds – Light minds in life are those people living who have a mind-connection to spirit and spiritual truth: mediums, intuitives and other Lightworkers. Light minds can also be those enlightened minds in spirit. They are aligned with Light, not night-Light.
Loitering Spirits – Spirits in a state of night-Light who are attracted to the energy of the living.
Logging – A term that describes the pinning of intention to effect change in one’s experience. Logging, in teaching vernacular, is the sending of intention toward a goal.
