My dear friends, we love you so very much, There is a very loving energy in the world right now that is encouraging all of you to bring your hearts to the surface. For some this is easy. You have worked hard to be authentic, to be honest with yourself, and to communicate with honesty to others. For a large number of souls however, this is not so easy. If […]

My dear friends, we love you so very much, There is within each of your hearts, at every given moment in time an impulse from the Creator, a gentle whisper that says, “I love you. I care about you. I know your needs. This is where I am guiding you.” It comes as a the most subtle desire for rest, the craving for a food that you might not normally

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Last week we spoke of coping with violence in your world, the kind you see on your news that does not affect you directly. This week we wish to apply the very same principles to the less than kind behaviors that do affect you personally. How do you handle the verbal attacks of those around you, and those souls that seem

My dear friends, we love you so very much, When you see pain and violence in your world, it is all too easy and very human to fall into fear, anger, or despair. However, every time you witness “bad news” you are being given an opportunity to love. You are being given a chance to be the lightworker that you truly are. Instead of hating those who engage in hate

My dear friends, we love you so very much, All of nature understands the balance between giving and receiving. The heart pumps in and out. You breathe in and out. The waves roll up and back upon the shore. The trees receive sun, water, and soil then give their fruits. The entire universe is designed to allow the breath of God, the love of the Divine to flow freely through

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Everyone who crosses your path has a gift for you. There is purpose in every single one of your human interactions, no matter how small and insignificant they might seem. There is a dance going on, universally, with only one intention – to guide each and every one of you back into the arms of Love, back into the realization that

My dear friends, we love you so very much, It is easy to love those who are loving and kind. It is not so easy to love those who trigger your pain, upset, anger, fear, and sadness. Nonetheless, even the denser, darker, and disagreeable souls serve a purpose in your life. Their behaviors may be a reflection of something you are doing to yourself, or a call to be kinder

My dear friends, we love you so very much, We love the many means of connection you have on your planet earth. We love your Internet, your phones, and your computers. We see them as wonderful means of sharing love, information, and inspiration. They offer you opportunity to embrace diverse opinions and learn about cultures and ideologies different from your own. Your technology keeps you in touch – not only

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Breathe. Drop into your heart and breathe as if you could inhale all the love in the universe. Breathe in again and let this love sink deeply into you, filling you, rejuvenating you, relaxing you. In truth, dear ones, Love is there for you at all times. Love is there in the morning’s first warm rays of sunshine! This is why

My dear friends, we love you so very much, There is a mistaken notion upon your planet, that love hurts. Love never hurts dear ones! Love heals! Love transforms! Love uplifts! Love makes you feel like the most beautiful, amazing, being that you can be! Love connects you with your very essence. Why then, is it so hard to love upon your planet earth, and why do so many of

My dear friends, we love you so very much, There is no need to be afraid for the world. There is no need to be afraid because the planets are aligned in a difficult configuration. There is no need to be afraid if your loved ones are not in the state you wish them to be. In truth dear friends, all upon the planet Earth, including you, are exactly where

My dear friends, we love you so very much, There are many facets to the beautiful diamond of you! There are many aspects of your human nature that long for fulfillment. As you begin to bring your true nature to the surface in life you start to shine! You are happier, healthier, and your life begins to readjust itself to bring you people, circumstances, and situations that “fit” you. Have

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Your hearts, dear ones, are filled with desires from the Divine. You often ask yourselves, “Is what I want OK? Is what I want in life in my highest good? Is what I want in life going to hurt anyone else?” If your desires are pure, coming from the heart, without agenda, without purpose other than the sheer desire to have

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Take a breath, right here, and right now. Ask your heart of hearts a simple question,” What is it I want most right now?” Wait until you see, hear, feel, or know the answer. It may be as simple as needing a hug, needing a glass of water, or needing some peace and comfort. It may be as grand as wishing

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Don’t sabotage your dreams by doubting, becoming impatient, and losing faith. If you grew a garden, you would plant the seeds, water them faithfully, weed them, and trust in their ultimate ripening. You would not dig them up in frustration, stop watering the garden, or allow the weeds to grow. Think of your dreams like those seeds. They are planted in

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Let go of your worries. Let go of your cares. Open your hearts and breathe in all the love that is waiting to pour into your lives. Never have you been without love. That was only your perception. Never have you been without help. That was only an illusion. Even now, as we speak, angels stand waiting to assist you, waiting

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Celebrate! There is such an incredible light and love streaming into your planet earth at this time! This is catalyzing great change and certainly inspiring great chaos as the denser energies that once laid dormant are now being completely stirred up. No longer can you harbor emotions you have not yet been willing to deal with. No longer are people

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Imagine dear friends that God breathes love through the universe at all times. This love is meant to flow to you, within you and through you. If you do not love yourself you block this breath. If you don’t receive gifts of love from another that resonate with you, you block this breath. If you feel loving towards another, even a

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Every moment of your life is precious. Don’t waste it in worry. Don’t waste it in fear, anger, or anything less than what gives your heart joy. We know human life is not easy. We know there will be times when you are worried, fearful, or upset.  But even in these moments dear ones, you can add love. You can comfort
