I am Ishvara and today I would like to talk a little about what it can be like to be a scientist on Earth. It is a great honor to do research and to learn more about how different elements relate to each other. What you have a particularly strong interest in, you can be allowed to immerse yourself in. This can give a certain satisfaction because you are working with things that engage you in life.
The same can apply to everyone who works with creative work such as theatre, singing, music and visual arts, but also those who have found their purpose in life. You settle in well and go to work with joy to make your efforts an inspiration for yourselves and others.
However, there is a catch, that if it goes against society’s values and the bureaucracy that is built around it, then you meet with resistance, in the form of
you don’t get your ideas heard, or you don’t get research grants. It can then be difficult to continue the research you have started if you are not supported by independent stakeholders or have your own money that you can use.
Many researchers adapt to the guidelines they receive, even if they are not completely sure that they are correct, because they are not clearly verified according to the usual standards on which safe research should rest. This makes scientific research limp a bit, as it is not as free as it should be.
There are many talented scientists on your earth today, but they do not really reach the goals they set because there is a lack of resources and their research is not prioritized.
It may be because they will not give as much profit to the sponsors who support the research, it may also reveal a completely different truth that has been hidden, or not discovered until now. It would perhaps change the current establishment and the current authority does not want to risk that.
However, there are some brave scientists, who break with the prevailing establishment and go forth with their research to help humanity to a better life, where there may be more possibilities and a safer technology. They are found in many different fields engineering, biotechnology, geoengineering, genetics to name a few.
Science has progressed significantly further in its research than what has reached the public’s ears or field of vision. Your society would be greatly improved if all that has been hushed up came to light. Many jobs would perhaps disappear but other jobs would arise in their place of a completely different kind than the one you have now.
You could also work at a slower pace with shorter working hours than you have now and have more time for yourselves and your children.
Yes, dear friends, science is facing a challenge today and it consists of being true to itself and the research that builds is based on independence and freedom, or to stick only to the guidelines provided by the current establishment.
The first gives humanity a push forward in its development, the second allows development to stagnate a bit. It is never possible to completely stop the development that you have already made as it is already in the collective field, but it may take a little longer for it to emerge.
Of course, it also affects the individual consciousness just as the individual consciousness affects the global one. The development within yourselves needs to be prioritized, so that you can become part of the positive global development that is happening on your earth today. Take care and be true and honest to yourself and each other.
