I am Maria Magdalena and today I want to talk about something important. The ray of light that has now reached Earth is affecting all of you in countless ways. It is happening on an individual level and as I said, it may look a little different. Those of you who are aware of changes and have some experience with it are more open to everything that now seems to come your way. Those who live completely unaware of what is happening on the spiritual level have a much harder time adapting to the events that are happening in their lives. They also have a hard time understanding why their moods are swinging up and down for no apparent reason. World events worry them and they think that it is what is happening outside of them that is giving them the symptoms that they now experience. Yes, everything is interconnected so one thing can cause the other. Everyone is affected by the energies that are swirling around on Earth today, so the more aware you are, the easier it is for you to receive them in the right way. You have the ability to sense whether the energy has something to add to you or whether you should simply let it go, because you cannot receive everything that comes up from the collective field. It is intense today on all levels and many of you are very tired. Rest and recovery are important, dear ones, the body needs to recover from the flood of energies that are now flowing through it from different directions. That is why sometimes you may feel that you have lost touch with yourself and the inner contact that you previously had. However, it is temporary and you will regain contact and it may be stronger than it was before. You may get a clearer picture of where you are currently heading. It may be some building blocks that you are adding or you are now starting something new. It may be an old dream that is coming true and you now have the tools to realize it.
It is better to be creative than passive in this time because creativity gives you meaning while passivity can feed your fear and make you paralyzed by action. Of course, this does not apply to the necessary rest or meditations that strengthen and give you the creativity that you now need to achieve your own goal. If your body is tired, rest, take a quiet moment and rest within yourself. Breathe deeply and calmly, let your thoughts be and feel how your body relaxes. A quiet joy and a gentle light can then appear and give you the energy that you need right now. You are of course feeling all of this, but it is extra important now to listen to the feelings that arise within you. It is easy to become drained of energy under the circumstances that the Earth and humanity are now in, so finding the techniques that restore the calm and balance within you is of great importance for your own well-being. It also affects your own surroundings and the Earth because everything is interconnected. It is important that you all try to feel as good as possible based on the conditions you have. I understand that you can ride a bit of a roller coaster sometimes, but it is good if you can stop and take a few deep breaths and reflect on what is happening before you take the next step. It is important to listen to yourself and your body today. You need to protect your energy and find techniques that can support you in finding your balance, joy and creativity. You are needed, all creative life-affirming people who see the beauty and positive in life are of great importance for the development that the Earth and humanity are now in. Feel free to waste love, dear friends on Earth. Love is a strong force to be reckoned with. A force that shines through all that is dark and difficult.
