Session with Plato for Sananda

Channeled by Jacquelyn Fox (J)

Plato is speaking:

“Greetings, Light students! Humming hopefully along in our Light lessons, I’d like to speak a bit about Light healing in physical bodies. J questioned my choice of topic today, expressing her reluctance to promote a topic in which she still has reservations. Her reservations meld with my topic nicely and so I will line up her expressed doubts along with my lesson.

Holding doubt about one’s gifts in Light is a common issue in Lightworkers. I wish freedom from doubt could be easily molded into living minds, but it is a difficult issue to solve. Living minds flow in linear thinking. Illustrating Light healing is not easily done through linear thinking. Great minds in life, abundant in intellect, often cannot accept concepts aligned in Light reality. Because dreamlike gifts do not align with linear, materialist ideas, they are mostly shunned in life. Holders of Light gifts are often shunned as well. It can be a frustrating and lonely path for gifted Lightworkers in life. Holders of Light gifts must not only grapple with the doubts of others but also with self-doubt. I voice my steadfast support of J’s Light gifts every day and still she struggles in her belief. J’s mind is sharp and her knowledge of physical issues is largely aligned to linear models of thought. She reads books on a variety of scientific subjects and is a high reasoning thinker. In her daily life this has always served her well. However, now she is entering a different phase of life. Ideas of Light are being opened to her. She is being asked to set aside her linear thought model and embrace Light concepts fully. This is a difficult thing for J. Her formal education in life cannot help her with this. In fact, it is actually holding her back. Her formal education revolved strictly around linear thought. Light Concepts are independent of the linear process. For J, this creates a conflict of beliefs. Her hopeful, nimble Light-mind against her rational, linear life-mind.”

J: “Can I stop you and ask you to explain the difference between the Light-mind and life-mind that you’re referring to here?”

Plato: “The Light-mind is the higher frequency, resting part of the mind. The life-mind is aligned fervently with the mode of one’s life. Day-to-day thoughts, ideas and fears come from the life-mind. Inspiration, grace and spiritual connectedness come from the Light-mind.

J’s pending Light-elevating healing is a gift of God and great in her soul line of Merol, as it is with many of you reading this. Her gift of healing is facing some delay in emergence because of her doubt in her abilities. I stand in her Light and am voicing my full confidence in her as a healer and yet she balks. Her gift is needed in the world, as are yours. Her hopeful guides are gently but urgently pushing her forward in her development, as are yours.

Current physical healing diligently engages ideas of materialist science, holding Light ideas to materialist tests of efficacy. Great minds in life medicine hold Light ideas gingerly away from them. In medical circles, Light ideas are shunned. Often, medical professionals who search for answers outside the materialist norm are cast out of peer groups and greatly limited in life. Just as in a family home dynamic, a group of professionals in life tend to limit each other in many of the same ways. Joint ideas are strictly enforced and groupthink is promoted. Hopeful independent thinkers are quickly gifted with punishment, limited, and hobbled in their exploration of anything outside of the group’s ideals. Just as in a dysfunctional family, it is very difficult for those of a right mind to break free from the dysfunction. Just as in each right-minded attempt at digging for freedom from dysfunction is met with frightening gestures of resistance from those still caught in the dysfunctional thought mode, those minds in the medical profession searching for a better path forward are equally feared and hobbled by their peers, who cannot see beyond the community dysfunction.

Light healing holds the hope for the future of physical healing. It will be the path forward for Humanity. There will be great resistance at first but it will be the norm of medical healing in the future. I wish all of you reading this long, great careers in Lightwork. Hopeful I am for the future of humanity.”

J: “But how do we overcome self-doubt?”

Plato: “By gifting yourself with practice and experience. As it is in any profession, one must put in time and effort. Do not be afraid to freely gift healing to anyone needing it. Energy healing lifts, it never limits. You cannot hurt someone by sending healing to them. Hold healing in silence if that is more comfortable for you. Holding healing up to outside scrutiny is not necessary. In giving healing energy, that energy flows where it is needed. Holding it hopefully up in life is all you need do. God will do the rest. Now go all of you and lift healing into life.”

Glossary of common terms and their meanings:

Energy Flow – Another term for aura.

Light – This term is used in multiple ways. Often it is used to describe the existence beyond physical life, commonly referred to as “Heaven” or the afterlife. They also use it to describe spiritual energy or consciousness, the energy that makes up everything that exists. They also use it to describe a state of positive, enlightened existence in alignment with God. They also tend to use it as a name for the collective enlightened consciousness, the guides, teachers and masters in spirit who reach out to us.

Long-in-Light – Is another way of saying “enlightened” or possessing a great deal of spiritual Light. It can also be used to describe one who has existed in spirit for a long time, an “old soul.”

Night-Light – They use this term to describe anything, living or in spirit, that is not in alignment with God. Not a positive state, but rather one of sadness, fear, anger or any other kind of suffering. “Night-Light spirits” are spirits in a state of negative emotions and suffering, not aligned with peace and happiness. They are in need of healing.

Light Pondering – Light pondering is the quieting of the mind to allow ideas of spirit to enter, through meditation, divination or dream work.

Light Minds – Light minds in life are those people living who have a mind-connection to spirit and spiritual truth: mediums, intuitives and other Lightworkers. Light minds can also be those enlightened minds in spirit. They are aligned with Light, not night-Light.

Loitering Spirits – Spirits in a state of night-Light who are attracted to the energy of the living.

Logging – A term that describes the pinning of intention to effect change in one’s experience. Logging, in teaching vernacular, is the sending of intention toward a goal.
