Session with Plato for Sananda

Plato is speaking:
“Greetings, Light students. I would like to speak about fear in life. Higher frequency Truth never promotes fear. Fear is a lower frequency emotion and is not in alignment with God in Light. The piling of fear in the figurative language of many religions is the creation of man, not of Light. Hope is the message of Light. Hope is the lesson of God. Higher frequency channelings always promote hope and not fear, for it has a different effect on humanity. Hope gives Light to a figurative idea, while fear tries to produce a specific action. Fear demands action. Hope asks for faith in God. Hope respects free will and right-minded thought. Fear demands bending one’s will to it. It demands grim human gestures of need and control. No spirit guide of a higher frequency engages in promoting fear. Most guides in Light are of Light level four or higher. At those levels of existence worry and fear simply do not exist. Opting to inject fear into the mind of one who is living is the impulse of a lower frequency being.
J’s mind holds her in Light level 5 frequency most of the time. In this frequency are most of her guides. However, J’s mind is also holding itself open to spirits in need of healing. In great hope, ghosts flood her with gestures of need, signaling their life dramas and frustrations to her. How my words ever reach J’s mind is a wonder of Light, but I am grateful they eventually do.
Light frequency is not hidden in ghosts. They are explicit in their frequency.”
J: “I’d like you to clarify what you mean by ‘ghost’ as opposed to ‘spirit.’”
Plato: “Ghosts are those spirits living in the astral plane, or Light level one. They experience time still and a great hunger for life. It is only ghosts who hunger for physical life. Spirits who have moved into Light levels above the astral do not. J understands ghosts but some of you may not. I only long for physical life when my dear J is suffering. I would hug her if I could. Just hug, mind you, I do not long for a human physical relationship. J is my tiny, helpless bird, and I long to care for her. Life desires no longer limit me, but I still feel love for my J. Now, enough of the emotional pablum, let’s get back to the lesson.
Hope stands in the way of fear’s intended effects, and so there are forces in life who try to limit hope. It is now fear that grips most of humanity. Fear of illness, fear of violence, fear of lack… Great ideas of an apocalyptic nature worry many in life now. In Light, freedom from all these fears gives us a different perspective of reality. Just as movies in life offer a specific perspective of a situation, Light offers God’s perspective. J shoulders my Light mind frequently, which helps her to move thoughtfully through life. I thoroughly enjoy rolling in her energy flow, lending my perspective of life to her. I understand that not all of my thoughts make it through the lower level ghost chatter that floods her open mind, but I rest easy knowing that most of it does. In your minds, the gestures of your own guides are gifting you with God’s perspective. Light flows to you all through your open minds. J’s open mind pinned her to me, as your minds have pinned you to your own guides. Great hope flows through them to you, never fear. If you are receiving fearful messages from Light, then it is ghosts who are sending those, not your guides.
Old teachings of some kind of grim, apocalyptic destiny are nothing more than man promoting fear. When held up to Light Truth, they fail to line up with God. No such grim destiny exists. All in Light is love. God is love. Nothing else is true. Fear is an illusion. Just as a fortune teller’s omens often fail to materialize in life, fear fails to lead to the dire predictions it promotes. In other words, most of what is feared never materializes, yet most of humanity continues to spend their lives limited by it. The act of lugging around fear, however, can actually produce illness and minimizing experiences, so it is not a benign condition. Minimizing oneself by lugging fear through life opens hopelessness, and that, my friends, is fear’s true goal. Hopelessness is one step away from lining up with powerlessness. Those who incite fear seek power. Hold their words up to Light and pronounce them as what they are: Lies told by power-hungry, limiting spirits, both in the astral and in life. Look those power-seekers in the face and gift them with Light, but do not give them your power. In life now, issuers of fear are running rampant. No response to their fear-mongering is more in line with Light than standing in your truth and rejecting their ideas. Just hold your alignment to God and hope. In time, all will be well. Higher frequencies will prevail. Now, go, all of you, and spread high-frequency Light in life.”

Glossary of common terms and their meanings:
Energy Flow – Another term for aura.
Light – This term is used in multiple ways. Often it is used to describe the existence beyond physical life, commonly referred to as “Heaven” or the afterlife. They also use it to describe spiritual energy or consciousness, the energy that makes up everything that exists. They also use it to describe a state of positive, enlightened existence in alignment with God. They also tend to use it as a name for the collective enlightened consciousness, the guides, teachers and masters in spirit who reach out to us.
Long-in-Light – Is another way of saying “enlightened” or possessing a great deal of spiritual Light. It can also be used to describe one who has existed in spirit for a long time, an “old soul.”
Night-Light – They use this term to describe anything, living or in spirit, that is not in alignment with God. Not a positive state, but rather one of sadness, fear, anger or any other kind of suffering. “Night-Light spirits” are spirits in a state of negative emotions and suffering, not aligned with peace and happiness. They are in need of healing.
Light Pondering – Light pondering is the quieting of the mind to allow ideas of spirit to enter, through meditation, divination or dream work.
Light Minds – Light minds in life are those people living who have a mind-connection to spirit and spiritual truth: mediums, intuitives and other Lightworkers. Light minds can also be those enlightened minds in spirit. They are aligned with Light, not night-Light.
Loitering Spirits – Spirits in a state of night-Light who are attracted to the energy of the living.
Logging – A term that describes the pinning of intention to effect change in one’s experience. Logging, in teaching vernacular, is the sending of intention toward a goal.
