I’m Mary Magdalene and today I just want to say that I love you so much. You are so beautiful, so perfect, you have everything you need within you. You don’t need to seek anything, you just need to be, feel and understand that you already are everything. You are the sun, you are the stars and the planets, yes everything that you see exists around you, you are already. You are a mini format of the universe, the universe is a macro format of you. Everything is as perfect as it can be and nothing can stop the evolution from moving forward to new heights of happiness and bliss.
It can be difficult for you humans to realize how beautiful and complete you really are, because you are often weighed down by problems and by feeling that you are not valuable enough or enough in a way that you think others expect or demand of you yourself.
It is the thought that triggers the feeling or the feeling that triggers the thought, from something that you have experienced and had strong feelings about, that time and again returned to your thoughts and reawakened the feelings, resulting in them remaining in the body.
These feelings were reawakened by similar events and the past became your future as well. Many of us live in the past and drag it with us into an imagined future reality. We skip the present, the only place where we can create something new. It’s an unknown place where anything can happen and you leave the safe (what you know) to face something uncertain.
A whole new world could open up, where you are the creator of the life you dreamed of in your wildest fantasies. This can happen when you meditate and suddenly find yourself beyond your thoughts and feelings and feel that you are one with everything. A peace or happiness spreads in your body and you feel that all possibilities are available to you.
This is where creation starts, it is at these times that you strengthen yourself and get more power and energy to change something that you want to change. This is where we often need to return to in order to get out of the grip of the past and create a new future for ourselves, a new more satisfying future than the one we are currently living in.
It may take some time but practice makes perfect. The past has a way of lingering like a shadow that won’t let go. The fear of the unknown can be greater than being stuck in the past, even though it can be a heavy burden to carry of negativity and resignation.
Yes, dear friends, the power of habit can be hard to break, it is in the spinal cord as you say. It is stored in the body and needs to be recreated in the present. It gets weaker every time you manage to get into your now, that’s where you get your energy and power back. The power and energy that you let go of you, when you remained in the power of habit and took the sure for the uncertain.
Today, however, you can choose to step into your now and accelerate the process of a new and brighter future for yourselves. You become one with who you already are and your consciousness changes from being a body consciousness to being the higher consciousness within you. An awareness that you once handed over but are now taking back to yourselves. You become master or master of all situations that may now arise in your life.
You are now creating from joy and love with all the possibilities that you now see that you can use. A lot can happen along the way, but it always gives you more opportunities to satisfactorily support the development you are now in. It may be something to think about, dear friends on Earth. It can be laborious to get back to the present but it is well worth the effort you put into it.
